Jay Aby is a horrible attorney. He took $25,000 from us and promised to work 50/50 with our other attorney and did NOTHING.Hired him in 3/20 and had only went to see my son twice,each time was less than 10 min.After years of asking him to go see my son to discuss his case/discovery/strategies,Jay finally arrived and Jay revealed he hadn’t looked at the discovery in over a year.When I specifically asked that he go see him to go over his case/discovery.We found that disappointing that he finally went to go see him,but he was unfamiliar with the details of his case.Everytime I called him to find out about the case he was very rude and short.Jay never filed any motions or attended any court dates.He finally arrived at the plea/sentencing hearing that my sons other attorney set up.If it wasn't for our other attorney my son would have been not been represented.Myson expressed his concerns to Jay of his lack of work on his case and Jay told him "I'm not your babysitter" How unprofessional.smh

Words cannot describe how Jay Abt saved my life. He played their game and he caught them in their lies. Myself and my son owe Jay Abt's law firm a great debt, and guys don't forget Allison Goldberg. .she is so smart and it meant alot for her to hold my hand in court and say "Bryan we got this" ..thank you Alli ..you and Jay are a perfect team.

The cops wrongfully accused me of trafficking 20 kilos of heroin, but the drugs were not mine. Mr. Abt forced the prosecutor to dismiss the case against me. I could not be more appreciative for his hard work.

Mr. Abt and his staff are fantastic. THEY saved my brother's life. He was charged with very serious federal crimes, human trafficking, etc., and Mr. Abt hit a home run. My brother may still do a year or two in prison, but not life and Jay Abt stopped that from happening. We can never thank you enough for making our family whole again.

She told me she was 20, but then I find out she is only 15. I got her pregnant and her parents called the police. I was going to go to prison for child molestation and statutory rape, but then I hired Jay Abt. He is so smart, and so great. I do not have to go to prison, I do not have a felony conviction, I don't even have to register as a sex offender, 5 years probation! Fantastic legal work !!!

I brought my firearm into the airport by accident. It was dumb, but I had left it in my carry on from range practice. The airport cops arrested me!! Thank goodness for the Abt Law Firm. They got the whole case got thrown out of court, and expunged my arrest.

I was at a party, and had mutual consensual sex with a woman I knew from school. She later claimed it was a rape, which was not true. The cops locked me up, and the judge would not give me a bond. But Abt and his team fought and fought until I was a free man and the charges were dropped. He saved my life, and he is the real deal !!!

I got busted stealing $600,000 in daimonds and cash out of the bank vault where I worked. It was all over the news, and I was even on videotape. But Attorney Abt fought hard for 2 years, and then got my charges dismissed. He is like Houdinni, MAGIC !!! Thanks to his team, Roget Ware, Alli, and Katie. Y'all saved my life !!!

Jay Abt charged $25,000 to represent me in a misdemeanor case. After 2 years he admitted that he hadn't even read my case file yet. His whole defense was to try and make a few phone calls and try and plea it down. He says that he is extremely busy. Even when he scheduled a meeting to have me come in and review my case he admitted that he still didn't even open up my case and read it. He tries to "wing" everything. If you are looking for an expensive plea then he is your man.

Abt is the greatest lawyer on the planet. He saved my life. I was charged with a murder I did not do. I was hanging out with same bad dudes, bit I never hurt nobody. Abt and his team got me a not guilty.

I hired Jay Abt to be our attorney and he either got us the deal of the century or is really good at his job, or both. I asked him to fight hard for us and he did exactly what he promised. My husband stayed out of jail and does not have a record. Those were what we told him we wanted at the beginning of all this mess. Thanks a million. We owe you!

Jay Abt overcharges and makes false promises, he told my husband the worst that would be probation, my husband was sentenced to 6 months prison and 1 year of work release. When he was sentenced Mr Abt just said "It's only 6 months" the lack of compassion was astounding.

Fired an attorney who got a plea of 25 years do 12 on a Aggravated assault and criminal attempt. Mr. Abt got the plea to a 15 years do 5. Way to go!

I cannot describe how valuable jay apts services are and the gratefulness that I have towards this Man. I asked Jay one day why he did what he did for a profession. Defense lawyers endure criticism by many. The reply from him is why I know I can recommend this man. A typical lawyer would not care about you the way jay cares. Many times lawyers have the reputation of doing their business for all the wrong reasons. I can assure you if you sit down face-to-face with this man and you need his help, I promise you he is in it to protect your rights . The reason why he does what he does is because at the end of the day he can go to bed knowing that he helped somebody, that he saved the life of another and has kept them away from Injustice and harm. That he has done his very best to stand up for you weather you are right or wrong he is on your side.
So, if you are in trouble, . And I must leave you with a serious question to think about...

This guy is a JOKE. At first he was all talk about how much he will do for you. He sent someone else on several appearances to court. He never called me not even once to update me and everytime I called he was not available. The only time he ever acted fast was while taking the plea deal so as to avoid any more work for you. You are better off with another lawyer or a public defender.

He talked like he was going to really help me. A week before court he said all he could do is take the plea deal (3 months in jail and 5 years on probation). I fired him and got a new lawyer. The new lawyer got me 10 days in jail and 1 year probation. Im so glad I got a new lawyer.

This attorney saved my son from going to prison after my son got caught dealing drugs. Mr. Abt forced the prosecutor to drop all the charges, and now my son is getting the help he needs instead of rotting in prison.
