This attorney did nothing that was result oriented but utilized the retainer fee quickly. The appointments scheduled were constantly cancelled by his office with an excuse that something came up. This happened on a regular basis. As a result problems that needed to be dealt with were handled poorly and often not at all. Mr Karasov is a smooth talker and tries to get the client to utilize his case manager ( an RN by the name of Anat). Anat explains that she will help provide caregivers and doctors referrals with regard to elder care. Her work was poor. When we needed doctors--- the referrals said they could not see the patient because the practice was closed. And when we told Anat that we needed a medial specialist she often gave us names of doctors that did not correspond to that specialty. Anat did not have good contacts, and her timing on getting back to us was always too late. We were extremely dissappointed with Anat and Mr Karasov and it was a complete waste of money.
