Robert Blanda was the attormey for the buyers of my home in Sayreville NJ. He managed to turn an excellent relationship we had the buyers into an adversary proceeding by telling the buyers not to have any communication with the sellers. As a result the buyers were never informed the closing date had changed and he created many more problems then he solved and almost blew the deal. In fact I don'think he solved any problems just created them. Mr. Blanda put his client in default on the contract by never turning over the down payment despite receiving the funds from his client. Clearly, he just forgot. He also suffers from selective amnesia as to what he has orally agreed to. In my opinion cannot be trusted. Obviously this is all my opinion bu as an attorney I can say that whatever the buyer is paying him it is way too much.

Robert Blanda was the attormey for the buyers of my home. He didn't communicate at all, didn't return calls, asked for unexpected information he required for close at the 11th hour the night before the close after business hours, etc. We were moving out of state and were on our way the night before the close, but had to turn back to provide some original documents that my attorney said weren't really needed. The entire experience was horrific. Our closing was delayed for weeks with no notification or information. My lawyer couldnt reach him for over a week just before initial close date. We only knew it was delayed from the mortgage company, who kindly agreed to speak to my attorney. We shifted our move date four times. The lack of consideration was staggering. We thought there was no way he was actually a real estate attorney, but apparently he is. Do not recommend at all.
