I find it very sad that people would post such awful things about someone knowing it would affect their ability to make a living. I have worked closely with German and he is not only honest but lives for his clients. He works tirelessly to ensure that his clients receive the best possible care. German takes the utmost pride in the work he provides to his clients , doing all he can to help them achieve the relief they are seeking.

Worst layer ever !!! He does not do anything to help you, his communication skills are the worst.. And updating you on your case is just horrible. Please know that when going to him re think what you are doing.

wow como me uviera gustado leer todos estos comentarios antes de aver pagado casi $10.000 por una caso de emigracion que no a echo nada pormi tengo 4 anos con el y aun no me puede ayudar en nada la verdad creo averlo contratado fue un error pero ahora ya no tengo para otro abogado, y estoy de acuerdo con todos los comentarios que tiene el usa persona muy grosera no puedo aser una pregunta sobre mi caso por que se enoja y empiesa a gritar oh por una simple llamada quiere cobras.yo nolo recomiendo antes de ir a este abogado busquen otros que ai y mucho mejor abogados que deverdad te ayudan y no como este senor que solo le interesa el dinero, NO TIRE SU DINERO A LA BASURA SI QUIERE ESTAR EN ESTE PAIS LEGALMENTE SI SE PUEDE PERO NO BAYAN CON EL SI NO BAN A TERMINAR COMO YO SIN DINERO NI PAPELES ESTE HOMBRE

Mr. Flores may very well be a great attorney but I just don't see it. He is rude to just about everyone and does not want to be bothered when I have questions regarding my family member's case. His "paralegal" lack knowledge but I dont believe its because they are incompetent, rather, I believe Mr. Flores does not allow them to learn. I also don't feel that he does everything in his power to defend his clients. It's almost like he doesnt want to do the work. I would not recommend anyone to him. El abogado Flores, en mi opinion no es un buen abogado. El no pone el empeno que deberia de existir en un abagado al defender sus clientes. El tuvo el caso de mi esposo y jamas hiso del mas alla para sacar a mi esposo de procedimientos expulsatorios o si quiera sacarlo bajo fianza. Al abogado se le pago $7,500 y no valio la pena. Mejor pagaba $10,00 para un caso tan simple como el de mis esposo total con que nuestro abogado fuese mejor. Evitese dolor de cabeza y perdida de dinero. Sinceramente.

It makes me so sad to k now that Mr. Flores has some enemies because they don't disclose their identity. If the comments were true, then that person who is writing these negative comments would have the courage to disclose who he is. But of course, he cannot because there is no true to these comments. German Flores is such an honest, responsible, reliable, and down to earth attorney. His office is always packed with so many clients because he is the best. He does not need to advertise his services--I know his referrals are word of mouth. Come on, leave Mr. Flores alone and be a man.

Mr. Flores was no bueno. He kept promising that it will all work out. Now we have lost a family member to being deported and he didn't do anything. He is now trying to collect $1500.00. German Flores was rude when I would call him and in court he didn't even fight. I would not recommend him to any friends or family. I was very disapointed.

While he did resolve my immigration case, there where multiple errors and problems with paperwork that should have been fixed by the law agency. He is rude to people while being extremely nice to others. Does have a cockiness to him that others have stated as well as being passive agressive. I am not surprised to hear he has insulted multiple peoples families as he did so with mine as well. Tends to rant in circles without making much sense and gets flustered when asked to go into details or if you feel differently about wich direction to take with your case. In the end the job was done and did what he was payed to do, but next time i would go to another attorney and would not recommend him to friends or family.

Unlike many other people that talk crap about Mr. Flores and do not mention their names, I will tell them to be honest and say the thruth becasue words can be say it at any level, but actions talk better that words becasue you see them. These people that talk bad things about Mr. Flores are jealus at him. They can not even be call themselves humans, because an honest and good person will always face the truth. If these people are wright about the things they say, they should put their names to rate him. Saddly they are afraid to say their names because everything they say is not the truth. I am Carlos restrepo and and happy to say thet Mr. Flores did a wonderful job for us.

I helped me to stay in the country, each case is different, I haven't seen an attorney that have won all the cases. There is an average, and each case is different. In my personal opinion he is good at what he does.I was in a deportation proceedings and he helped me with that, even though I had criminal cases pending he helped me with that too.

F German! My brother and I went to German to fix our immigrtaion status. At first he seemed like a decent lawyer, cocky, but decent. He asked for $1500 up front just for the consoltation which was pretty crazy and left us stuck with him wether we liked it or not. Any time that we had a question it would take at least a week for him to respond and if he did call back, he talked to us like we were stupid. The worst experience was when he insulted my mother in front of me and when I told him to watch his tone he threatened to end my case and I would have lost my $5000 I alredy spent with him and possibly "risk being deported". When we finally had a meeting with the immigration, he had lost my original marriage license and he blamed me in front of the representitive. thank God he let it slide. After I was approved he had the guts to say I had back owed him $175. When I showed him my recipts he was surprised to see how organized I was and thought of a new reason for the charge.BS lawyer!

These ratings are pretty funny. I've worked with German closely on various matters and can attest to the fact that he is one of the premiere immigration attorneys in Utah if not the country. The Immigration judges know him well-- he is one of the top litigators in immigration court in Utah-- and he is well respected in the legal community for his tenacity and skill in deportation matters. He has been very successful on every level of immigration from simple adjustment cases to complex appellate decisions. It's apparent that the same person has written nearly every libelous review on here, and I'm not certain that this site is especially popular, but it would be good for outsiders to know that German Flores has won cases other lawyers would never touch. The problem is that many people are not willing to pay the honest price for premium, proven help-- that or their case isn't winnable and they blame their attorney. German has NEVER been reprimanded by the bar--he's a solid attorney.

I went to Mr. German Lfores' office about a year ago for a contract revision. I know him very well because he lives close to me and I decided to use him knowing he is an attorney. after 6 months working on my simple contract, he could not get the paperwork done. This man did not know anything about contracts. There were misspelled words and many, many grammar problems. I decided to take it somewhere else and the other attorney had to redo the whole contract. I payed Mr. German Flores about $900 and I got nothing out of it. The other attorney charged $150 and did a wonderful job. I want everyone to know that German Flores is incompetent and a total mess. German, keep the money because I think you need it more than I do! I am shocked to see all these ratings and what this man has done to so many people. Everyone here has been affected by this attorney. Something needs to be done about this.

German Flores promised me that my case was an easy case for him and his staff. I met with him a month ago and and he asked for a $3,000 down payment for a simple alcohol driving offense. After one week, he said He needed another $2,500 or he would not continue with my case. HE told me he had done so much for me up to that day but i called the courts and they said he hadn't even contacted him yet. HE told me not to contact them again and asked for more money. He delayed the court date till this week and asked for another $3,400. If I didn't give it to him, He could not represent me in court. I ended giving him the money and he made me look like an idiot in court. The judge told him to get his stuff right and be back when he was ready with all the info. I want everyone to know that he is not a good layer and all he cares for is the money and not his clients. He told me not to come here and place a comment or he would not do my case. Too bad GErman. People must know the truth.

From the moment I walked into his office, German insulted me by telling me to do what the letter I brought him already told me to do. When I mentioned this, he got defensive and said "so what do you want me to do then!?" After that, it was hell. He told me 20 different things about what he would do for me, and when I said that I was confused about what the next step was, he got really mad at me. He said that he usually gives a fixed charge, but since I was so difficult, he would charge me $200.00 an hour. He mentioned the word "dollar" more than he said about my case. He only cares about money and has no respect for people. Please go somewhere else, where you will be taken seriously and where the attorney will know what he's doing.

I first saw Mr. Flores in immigration he appeared knowledgeable. We When then seeked out his services and were given complete mis-information and I agree with other users he played on our emotions and talked us into paying him for a service that was not needed. We paid him his retainer and then never heard from him again. We called him once and were told we would be contacted back and that was it. I then handled our case myself and everything is clear and has been approved. When we went to his office I could not believe his treatment of people there. Statements like "you owe me money do not come back to see until you pay me" or" You come first" even though there were people with apt who had waited. The way he treats his staff in front of people is ridiculous. I have met several other have the same feelings. He is a disservice to many people. The few cases he solves properly well good for them.

All these comments are not true about him. He is not a miracle worker, just a lawyer. He knows what he is doing: Immigration wise at least. We were very happy customers. Our whole case was done and over in 4 months! His prices are also very reasonable compared to other places.

I am shocked to read these bad ratings on Attorney German Flores when i know that he is the most honest attorney i ever met. There is no question that there is somebody trying to tarnish his reputation. I am going to find out who is doing this maliciously and provide the information to Mr. Flores so he can take legal action. These comments can easily be tracked down. I know many people who have been helped by Mr Flores who can verify how honest, responsible, and successful he is. I also know that Mr. FLores' track record is impecable. To whomever is doing this to Mr. Flores, why dont you disclose your name to verify your story?

Great Lawyer! He did a good job with my case, he even did more than I expected. I will highly recommend Mr. Flores to anyone for his excelent work, because he is the best. Some people just rate bad because they might have personal problems or just they are jealous.
