He frankly admitted his client's error in naming my husband in a credit card default suit- a case of the credit card company's computer error. This resulted in significant time and expense for my husband to hire an attorney where we live in Oregon to get the suit dismissed.He has been arrogant and refused to reimburse my husband's costs and is highly inethical and coercive.
