This guy is terrible. His filings represent the grammar of a 2nd grader, that is when he bothers to file. Possibly the worst attorney in Little Rock. Only cares about putting money in his pocket I'd assume to support his kids/grandkids because he looks like death warmed over. You have been warned!

Not interested in client. Only wants your money. Promised to amend my lawsuit never did. I reported him to the judge and judge came down hard on him. Please don't hire him. He is licked up in simmons bank so no one can come in and address his unjust cruel ways. He's a fraid someone gone beat that tell because that's what he need. Treating people like that. People work hard for their money and can't afford to just give it away to newcomb. I'm a woman and he took my money and wouldn't return my calls. He slipped up a complaint and filed it and never amended it. Please please don't hire him. He is no good

I had an employment issue and he won the case for us. He's one of the smartest lawyers I've ever met. Thank you for all your hard work.

Has not even communicated with us for some time now. Won't even return my phone calls. Know he prepared some papers that my husband signed, but we don't know if he even filed them. After he found out that I had hired an investigator, he said he knew the investigator and we haven't heard from either since.

Does not have good courtroom skills. Partly due to his lack of preparation. Leads clients on to think that they have a case when in actuality they do not. Does not verify key details in paperwork prior to filing it.

Very good at first but has proven to not be good on follow-ups or communication, very good in the court room if he has prepared for your case which I have came to realize you must force your attorney to stay on the details of your case otherwise they will just take you for your money.
