10/14/25	1	2	2	1	1	I retained Tab Lawhorn for my daughters criminal third degree felony possession charge. She received 33 year sentence, one he didnt even object too. There is a 99 percent guilty plea rate and less than one percent chance you go to trial in SMith County. He wont tell you this. I couldnt tell the difference between him and the prosecutor, they both seem to be working on the same side. I have a ongoing complaint against him with the state bar, they found enough he did to schedule it for hearing. He had to hire his own lawyer to defend him in this

3/7/12	5	4	5	5	4	Very good lawyer. Prepared and knowledgable. Was more expensive than what I was quoted by other lawyers in Tyler, but he gave me his cell number and I called him and he always answered. I would use again.

8/16/05	5	4	5	5	4	I have had two cases and I have used Mr. Lawhorn both times. Both cases worked out with nothing going on my record. He works alone which I like because I always talked to him. But, he was also hard to get in touch with because he was has alot of other clients.
