Attorney Phelps was very responsive to my case and aggressively turned the tables around on my advisory. He forced the case to go my way. He was very professional and very fair with his billing practices. I always felt I could trust Attorney Phelps, he would think outside the box doing things other lawyers didn't which resulted in a favorable outcome in my case . He understood my case very well, and my case involved some complex technical matters. Attorney Phelps is a very skilled litigator and a true fighter. I would highly recommend attorney Phelps if your case requires strong advocacy. Attorney Phelps is also a CPA which can be very helpful if your case involves any form of accounting discrepancies.

Attorney Phelps handled my divorce after a long term marriage when I was under a disability. His manner was efficient and thorough, yet compassionate.
