(Family Law Dispute Resolution-child custody) Lisa Matthews is susceptible to the five minute snap shot of otherwise deadbeat parents, which causes her to lack to focus needed to take a child's best interest into account. Ex: Dad assaults a daycare worker to steal two (3&1) children, then puts the kids in car without child seats and speeds away. he gets arrested for the event and is no longer allowed on the daycare premises. Lisa Matthews thinks that it is totally unacceptable for a father to not be able to go to his kids' daycare, so she gives the daycare an ultimatum...allow dad on premises or kids will be removed from daycare permanently! really? remove young kids from stability because dad is an idiot? dad allows 12 year old to watch 3 & 1 year olds alone! dad won't give kids medications because they cry when he does! dad keeps 3 & 1 year olds at baseball park until 9pm on weeknights! but Lisa Matthews feels sorry for him and gives into all his demands. kids welfare first? not!
