Gary spent a lot of time talking but was short on action. Gary billed me for things I never requested he do. His recommendations made me feel uncomfortable and reflected poorly upon me and didn't even get the results we were hoping to get. It was obvious he only worked on my case the day before critical filing deadlines or court dates. He got a better deal for himself (fees paid by ex-spouse) than he got for me. Talking to other lawyers suggested I could have gotten a lot more than I ended up settling for.

I couldn't have said it better myself. Gary did nothing more than b.s. about his personal life and fantasies he created in his head. I was billed for over $15,000 worth of useless court appearances just to lose time with my baby to his drug addicted father who never bothered to even show for half of his visits. That was ON TOP of being groped and "massaged" numerous times in his office and elsewhere. He is a SOCIOPATH that needs serious help and has far too many personal issues at hand to possible deal with anyone else's. I give him a big thumbs down. Google his name and you will see the 14 pending charges, not to mention what the investigators say over the phone. There are numerous more allegations. As fara s his work ethic......yes...all he wants to do is b.s. and bill you for it. Check out the "Topix" website.

This jerk creates drama and charges for it. He talks about his personal life and charges you for the time to do it. Not to mention, he is currently facing charges in criminal court for inappropriate behavior with a client. Investigate this criminal. You will find information at Topix from previous clients who have also been victims of his abusive behavior. If you decide to hire him, be prepared to spend lots and lots of money for nothing. He talks alot about nothing. He has poor work quality and the detailing in his court documents often have inaacurate information and typos. He over-communicates just to be able to charge for it. He may have tenacity but it is only to juice more money out of you. There is very little value in hiring this over-priced,manipulative, inappropriate attorney. He has too many personal issues to be able to focus clearly on a case. Save yourself a lot of money and find another attorney who is not so focused on creating drama and slinging mud.

Funny how the comments containing links to the Sheriffs Department's press release regarding the arrest of this attorney for sexual assault are all getting deleted. This man is a criminal. Google his name and you will see what comes up.

He's gotten me everything I needed. Very professional and treated me with respect. Has good repore with local judges. Has won every time for me so far. Is very clear thinking and focused. Experienced.
