I had to work with Mr. Schultz twice for divorce reasons. He was laid back, as is stated in his other reviews, however he backed the issues and stood up and fought for what was right when it came to me and my children. He worked hard not to get involved in things the other attorney was doing to rack up the bills, as in sending the same letters over and over, and found a different way to get the job done. He pointed out what I should do to try and keep the costs down. Yes, the bills come on a hand written note, but they were itemized. I like that he is very honest and firm in his stance without being ugly and vicious as my ex's attorney was, which did him no good. I would and have recommended him to others and they were happy with his stance and advice. He is a very sincere man with much knowledge of the system and protecting his clients.

David is a nice gentleman, but very laid back. He does not present or create an offensive strategy. He has a wait and see what the other attorney will do attitude. He does not represent his clients best interests, nor does he do all of the necessary steps to acquire all of the information needed for his clients to make educated decisions. Specifically, he did not get the releases for financial disclosures to talk with the creditors of the soon to be ex. He accepted a letter composed by the other attorney's client as sufficient and has caused more problems since. I would not choose him, or recommend him to anyone. I am terminating his services and seeking new representation.
