We have used MR Henderson and his firm on 4 house sales and 5 wills; both he and his staff have been extremely accommodating every time. I have used different lawyers, as well, for a few other items in the past but I have to say they were underwhelming, confused and slow - in two cases one of them even lost our paperwork. Not sure what people want from their lawyers, a chat and cuddle perhaps? If you know what you want and have your information or your needs thought out and together he and his group are fantastic. I have recommended him to many people who have all had nothing but great things to say about Mr. Henderson and his staff.

Great lawyer.If you looking for actions like you can see in the movies well he is wrong guy for you. If you need result all you should do trust him. At the beginning of his work it seems like he is doing nothing, but he is using appropriate tactics and strategy for each case to make sure you win at the End, and that is what counts the most, isn't it? He cannot make a miracle, but he will do all in his power to help you. Thank you Mr Henderson.

Would not recommend. He is very slow, and doesn't return phone calls or process anything quickly. Seemed to delay simple tasks and leave all the work to staff and others.

You get what you pay for. It's become clear to me that if I was not under legal aid he would be more attentive. I get the bare minimum. Very hard to get a hold of him. Yes, at first he gave my case to an inexperienced student. That was very disappointing since he was specifically recommended. Wish I had money to receive the better service some people get. It's like there is no motivation.

As mentioned in another comment...This lawyer assigns his legal aide cases to inexperienced students, although you will be charged full fees. You are far better off hiring someone else to represent you.Snakes in the grass!

Turned a simple estate dispersal into a 3 year drag-em-out test in patience and uselessness. Never, and I mean never, hire this lawyer for interpreting wills and estates. He takes forever, and you may never live long enough to settle.

My experience is that he is a teriffic Lawyer - kind, caring, compassionate and very fair in his fees. He is a bit busy at times, partially because he takes on the Legal Aid cases that many of his colleagues will not, and which often result in Lawyers like him effectively working for free when all is said and done. When I have seen him in action, it is clear to me that he is well respected by both his peers and the Judges.

Poor service. Most duties assigned to inexperienced students. Very bad communications. Trumped up surprise fees despite lack of necessary attention and work completed. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
