Mark is an arrogant prick that doesn’t know the law. He represented me in a nasty divorce and did a half ass **** job. I asked him if he would do a good job for me he lied. He will not return a phone call and knows nothing about divorce law and only knows how send bills for his ridiculous service do not retain this idiot you are wasting your money.

This attorney mark bailey represented my daughters dad. He had my daughters dad manipulate lie to me and play mind games. This attorney falsifies court documents and lies to win cases!!!Horrible person how he does things to people!

He double charges, doesn't like to listen, misrepresents you by saying to do something knowing it isn't in the best interest. Cares more about money than if you are happy as his client . Is ADAMS 100% he hates women and I feel sorry for him in the eyes of GOD. His assistant is just as bad throws her own personal life into the mix she gives women and single moms a bad name. I would never hire him as he is very unprofessional andbi honestly feel sorry for anyone who comes in contact with him in his profession and his own personal life.

Mark Bailey is a man of knowledge, patience, understanding, kindness and integrity. I am so blessed to have found him to not only have a successful ending to our sons case but at anytime we had questions or needed updates or even just reassurance Mr. Bailey not one time ever treated us as though we were just a client or a bother to him. He helped our family through an extremely difficult time and with the knowledge and patience he has he was very successful. Patience is a virtue... We are all very thankful for you Mr. Bailey! Mark Bailey is a man of Character, Integrity and Knowledge. I sat and watched this man as he defended my son. Mark is willing to put his career on the line to get Justice for his client. I have been in law enforcement for 21 years and have never seen a man so intent on bringing out the Truth when things had been put so out of perspective by a District Attorney and Under Sheriff. Mark stood out as a True Crusader of Justice as he used his vast Knowledge of the law to slowly take apart the charges and have the Truth shine through. This is a man not afraid to admit he prays for guidence before going into the court room and he appeals to the common sense of people instead of trying to blur the issues with complicated legal terms although he fully understands them. I would recommend Mark Bailey to anyone in need of an attorney that will fight for Truth, Justice and the way American Law was originally meant to be when this Country was founded.
