One of the most unprofessional, unresponsive, snobby, and unethically profit-driven attorneys I have either experienced or heard of. My earnest advice for future H-1B, green card, O-1 applicants, or anybody for that matter: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Never work with this lawyer ever! They always delay the process, never follow up with anything, and avoid any contact from any client who has serious issues and problem that caused by this lawyer and their staff. Worst unprofessionalism ever!

I used Soo Elizabeth Nam's service for my H1B a while ago, and had absolutely the worst, horrendous experience. Upon receicing my payment, she literally NEVER responded to my questions on case status, calls, emails, etc. for 4 MONTHS! One time I literally wasted my whole day bc she didn't allow me to visit her office. Now I understand also that the only reason she's got an office with security desk is to fend off angry customers like myself from going to her office. I should have learned more about this attorney before using her service. Her staff were also extremely afraid of this attorney and didn't have the slightest authority whatsoever. Very weird place. Not only I lost my money, but my H1B sponsor is furious about her irresponsibility and unprofessionalism. I just can't believe she is still practicing in the name of attorney in NY. Because of her my faith in this professional is really damaged. I thought lawyer was supposed to be an honorable profession? Don't EVER go to her...

I can believe she is a lawyer. She doesn't have responsibility. She has uncommunicative, rude, poor attitude. I was having so many difficulties with her.

she and her crew are so bad. they don' have any responsibility. they only work when deadline comes. especially, very late reply, reaction, and one most important thing, there is no person who charge on your case. person who charge the case always change. and even if you ask the case file for your case, they rarely provide. it takes forever. work with Nam soo Elizabeth was one of worst and horrible choice ever in my entire life.

SProfessionalism? It is non-existent here. Let's just put this way: Atrocious and inexplicably bad customer service after she gets the check from the clients. TBH, the paralegals are fine but are afraid of this super lawyer and clearly do not have any authority whatsoever. The only reason she got the office in Midtown Manhattan with a security desk in the first floor is to prevent and filter angry customers from coming into the office. I am not making this up nor have any intention of blackmailing this lawyer without valid reasons.

I only went to her because of an ad. But it was the biggest mistake of my life as she was the most snobby, rude, and money-driven lawyer. It's almost impossible to talk to her, because she's always with a client, and I only get to speak to her paralegal, who does not know what they are doing. Just to file few applications, I had to fill out my own application, and when I reviewed the ones they prepared, I had to correct all the mistakes (sex??? address??? how can they get this wrong, when I filled out basic information form). In addition, they tell you one week that you only need to bring this and that form, and a week later they tell you different forms, etc, etc. Before you know it, you visited their office like 10 times within a month, and my files were still not processed. To make matters worse, the paralegal or a manager takes a 3 wk vacation, so the file submission delayed for that amount. One thing I have learned from this is, never go to a lawyer who asks for money up front
