During the first phone conversation I had with Mr. Ajlouny I knew right away that I could trust him. For me this was incredibly important because it was his honesty that won me over and safely allowed me to accept him as my attourney. I always knew what was happening, and I always had a voice and a choice.
I highly recommend Mr. Ajlouny He demonstrated true professionalism by promptly working on my case, caring about my situation, and communicating with me on a regular basis. I was rear ended by a car on the way home from work. I went to the hospital with a blurred vision and pain in my neck. A friend suggested I speak to an attorney. I found Paul Ajlouny through doing a Google search.Paul was able to talk me immediately, he was straight forward, and explained to me clearly what options were available to me. Paul arranged to meet me in my home to review my case further. Over the next few months Paul kept me in the loop of the progress of my case. He had explained to me that such case sometimes wrap up pretty quickly and sometimes may take some time. Paul and his staff were very professional and represented my best interests. Paul was able to get me a settlement that would cover my physical therapy, and my time spent away from work for lost wages and pain and suffering. Anyone involved in a car accident in New York, looking for an attorney that will fight on their behalf, needs Paul Ajlouny to represent them. Thumbs up and Thank You!

as of right now i am extremely upset i chose this lawfirm..there is absolutely no communication at all..if i didnt call his office i would never know anything about my case. i am truely going to see if possible to still change lawyers as he doesnt care and is doing nothing for me. how can a guy put his name on the door and then treat people like this.. if anyone recommends him dont do it , run the other way...

He is currently my attorney re: an injury case. Procured him approximately 15-16 months ago. Of the hand full of times that I tried to get him on the phone to discuss updates with the case his staff would not allow me to speak to him. There is one member of his staff this is particularly rude, Dreya? (I cannot recall her name as it has been a while since I called). Actually, I stopped calling altogether. I figured out that there no use dialing that number. His office periodically mails me notices, and once recently they called me to ask for the names of my medical practitioners. And that is pretty much the extent of our client-attorney relationship dynamic. Do I wish I had chosen a different attorney? ABSOLUTELY!! is it too late now? Absolutely! The service was pretty awful.

I feel that this law firm only cares about clients that they think will win them big money. If you have an ordinary personal injury case, they don't take your case seriously. They call you at the last minute and the communication is almost non existent. His staff is rude and very unprofessional. You don't have to take my word, give them a try and find out for yourself.

I was involved in a car accident that had caused me some injuries and the insurance provider was slacking. Ajlouny & Associates was able to get me the just compensation to pay my medical bills and lost wages from being away from work.
