Before you consider using Branda, check with RI Disciplinary Council re: complaints lodged against her. I now wish I did! I filed mine this week (you will likely see it if you ask for all complaints). How she got these good reviews, I'll never know. ..

Brenda was absolutely amazing during game my divorce. I couldn't have made it through it without her. She is very thorough, professional, and defiantly gets her point across while fighting for what you need and want out of your divorce. Simply she's very understanding and brilliant, she know her stuff. I highly recommend her to get the job done.

I gave Ms. Rioles a 4,000 retainer. Upon finding out she needed more, (before doing a thing) I asked for it back. I was given less than 1,000 and she never ever did a thing other than free consultation. "All Retainers Are Non Refundable" I am currently reporting her to RI Disciplinary Council

Brenda and her assistant not only helped us resolve our legal problem, but accomplished what seemed like an impossibility in an amazingly short amount of time. We had a serious time limit and Brenda came through for us, getting a court date in less than a week. Her retainer was extremely reasonable and affordable compared to other attorneys. I would definitely recommend her. Her assistant, Angel, was wonderful too.

Attorney Rioles seemed so sincere when I gave her a rather larger retainer, more than most (most wanted less than $2,000). She bled me and my daughter dry, it took almost a year to get a divorce, cost us thousands, and she surprised us by placing a lien on our home. My 5 year old and I have no home (she had it sold), and the worst part? Other lawyers told us she was well known around the family courts for this. Well, I'm filing a judicial complaint (which I now have been told isn't her first).I will keep the public posted (while she spends the proceeds of what was to be my house).

I've worked in the courtroom and seen this attorney's work in action. I tell anyone who asks me names for a great lawyer and I always say Brenda Rioles. She's definitely an A++++++. I wrote this because I've seen her on many, many cases and she's highly professional and very, very intelligent and also a very amicable person.

Attorney Rioles gets an A+ rating from me for all her hard work and effort she put into my case. She was always a very confident, effective and powerful lawyer. She worked tirelessly on my behalf. I was always very well informed. She communicated with me on all matters and issues that would arise during the family court process. Mrs. Rioles doesn't know nothing about family law. I am a veteran and my ex accused me of every bad thing from rape, to abusing her and her two kids. She told me to stop showing emotion and be an actor in court. She never answers my question, she puts me on hold for a long time. She charges for emails and to wait on the phone. I pretty much had to do everything in court. Mrs. Rioles has paperworks of my ex doing drugs, drinking while she was breast feeding, paperwork that her fist child was taken away from her because of being a bad mother, she takes medication for her behavior and none of that was used in court. I never spoke in court just my ex and Mrs. Rioles didn object to nothing she said. Mrs. Rioles set up a court date for the final apperance without telling me. When I show up for court it turns out she never put the paperwork and I live in Florida. I took my ex back to court in Florida and won sole custody. She over charges for doing nothing and she add interests.stay away

I was double crossed by Attorney Rioles. She seemed too good to be true, and was. I trusted her to secure a fiat child support order in Prov. Family Court,,,and when I ran out of money, she left me and my 4 year old son with nothing...doesn't return phone calls, after calling other attorneys (Mr. Quigley in Providence was wonderful, but I'm sure there are others. Anyway, many attorneys told me they end up 'cleaning up' her messes. Stay Away!!!

This attorney deserves a 5 rating for all the people she has helped, the hard work she puts into every case, the desire for "justice for all", the honesty, professionalism, accuracy of every case that is in her hands. The communication is always trusting. She actually takes the pressure off of her clients and handles ever bit of the situation by the pledge she believes in. The whole truth and nothing but. My experience with Attorney Rioles has restored my faith in justice. I went through a very difficult divorce. Throughout the process, Attorney Rioles was always true to her profession and true as a caring human being who never gave up on us even when we didn't have the money to fight for our freedom. She represented me through the whole divorce process which included Family Court, The Supreme Court, my x's Bankruptcy Court hearing, and again in Family Court. My and my childrens' best interests were always respected and protected.

This woman is the strength that kept me going through a long custody battle. With her, it is not about the money, only about the truth and getting justice. She took the fear and anxiety away every time we had a court appearance. Her speed and determination continues to facinate me. Brenda helped me and my child at a most difficult point in both our lives. She exhibited professionalism and tact. She was sensitive to the sentivity of my case and was careful to protect the interest of my child and my child's sensitivty to the custody battle. Having the experience that she does with Family court; She made us both comfortable in the trying moments. If Brenda had not represented me, it could have been a much different outcome for my child. I recommend anyone with children, going through divorce or custody to her.

I used Ms. Rioles because I am a female and wanted a female attorney. Sha gave me the 'warm and fuzzys' for over a year, promosed to limit her fee, and yes, I 'won' the house in the property settlement, thenm she presented the Judge (O'Brien) with 'her motion' for money above and beyound the initial agreement. Bottom line- Neither of us got the house, as she was awarded over $90,000.00. (attachment on my house, then she got order for sale of house, stay away!

brenda's knowledge of the law is exceptional. not only did she aid me in keeping my home and custody of my daughter, i was also able to deploy to iraq with complete peace of mind and aware of the "soldiers and sailors act" that the government has to protect individuals like myself. and it was all because of brenda and her extreme professionalism. in addition, i had never met her prior to my divorce. she was recommended by several of my co-workers, who'm had needed her assistance also. she is as far as i'm concerned a great lawyer and a true professional, and i would use her again if needed.
