This lawyer made very concerning comments to me when I retained him, specifically about wanting to oversee my Legal Aid financial disclosure, because he didn't trust that I would be forthcoming. He also did not move my case forward, knowing I was dealing with a OP bully. Countless negotiations and no resolution.

Robert Bergman billed me $90,000, did not attempt equalization, and I got less child support than I was offered by my husband before I started. My payout from my exhusband was less than half of my bill. When I tried to collect child support, he lied to the FRO. Berman is a nightmare.

Take this guy to an Assessment Hearing over your bill. They know him there!!! He billed me 58,000 and I got it down to 24,000.

This lawyer took about 65,000 dollars from a relative of mine and pretty much did nothing for him. Steer clear of this guy!

His behavior was unethical. He never communicated with me directly and never keep me up to date on my case...in the end he got all results from the other lawyer and did exactly what he said. Very hard to get a hold of all communication was done by phone on his terms....never took the time to meet with me. All I seen were bills that I didn't even know what they were for. I wouldn't receommend him to anyone.
