I had the displeasure of having her s the judge in my family law case. My exwife alienated me from my sons at a young age. When I took her to court to get a court order for access I got a real taste of justice as a Male in the family law system. My ex lies in multiple court documents and even lied to this elder in court. When I provided the evidence that proved she had lied elder dismissed my evidence and allowed my ex's lies and fraudulent documents. Long story short due to elders indiffrance and incompetence it is now 5 years later and my exwife has completely alienated my kids from me. Due to her being allowed and almost encouraged behavior due to elder my oldest had molested a young girl when he was in his pre teens. I have not spoken to them in three year as I had a girlfriend that I have young children with that my son is not allowed to be around. Well done justice elder.You destroyed my sons and tore my family apart. You don't deserve any of your titles because you have no honor

She is now a Judge and is still no better. She does not do her homework in preparation of a case. What Judge does not review the file previous to making a judgement.

She made statements on sworn affidavits that she knew to be untrue because she had written documentation otherwise...and allowed my ex- to submit documents with sworn testimony that she knew was false because she had written documentation to the contrary. She made submissions to court (which have cost me considerable money) on behalf of my ex- that directly misrepresented issues we had reached full agreement on. So, in both cases, I believe that Joyce Elder lied in a sworn affidavit. I hope she gets disbarred. She also constantly encouraged my ex- to ask for things that the law CLEARLY indicated were not valid....thus costing my ex- considerable legal expenses as she pursued things with no hope of success.
