Gerald helped my husband and I during a very frustrating time. Not only did he bend over backwards to help us, his staff, Nicky in particular, went above and beyond to make sure they were in constant communication with us. Couldn't have had a better experience. They have alleviated 100% of our stress and anxiety. We would recommend them to ANY one!

Mr. Chefalo helped regain control of a out of control divorce and child custody case. Previous attorneys had over billed for services that were not rendered and had billed me for promises that were not kept. Mr. Chefalo came up with, and continues to follow through with, a very well planned out legal strategy. he does not make promises and places all options on the table, while fully discussing each option. Together with his staff, they have kept me informed each step of the way, and have kept the billing issue to a reasonable amount. Mr. Chefalo has many friends in the legal system, and when needed he'll reach out for additional advice and services from those people. This has proven to be a great asset to my case. I would highly recommend this attorney

Very unhappy he's very much like a used car sales man big talk no walk. After I paid him $2000 he didn't even show up to my arraignment. Never even talked to the prosecutor and had months to do so. Told me at the first meeting not to take it to trial then after blowing things off for months he wanted to take it to trial. So I fired him. And hired a great attorney. Please beware!!!

Gerry never stopped fighting for me. He was able to explain everything in a way I could understand and I always felt he had my best interest at heart. I would never go to court with anyone else!
