Bruce Moen has been handling estate and probate work for me and members of my family since 1986. He has the highest ethics, has excellent knowledge of the law, is honest, careful and fair. I frequently refer others to Mr. Moen. His law partner, Sarah Moen, is equally qualified. Sherill Anderson

I challenged Moen for lack of proper representation when he failed to produce documents in mediation. There was crucial evidence in my case that was not presented when asked for at mediation. I questioned this weeks prior. This was the critical piece missing for my case!! Bruce Moen denied all responsibility and responded by legal threats and is threatening to sue me. He put a lien on the estate for the disputed fees and now he is suing for these said fees. In my experience he is unethical, dishonest, manipulative, and greedy. He puts his own interests above the clients and uses his knowledge of the law against his clients.

Bruce R. Moen found himself a niche where he can "legally" steal from the rightful heirs of an estate. Bruce started out as attorney for the estate and wound up representing the corrupt former PR of the estate who was removed for embezzling funds from the estate. So now, Bruce spends his time being a spoiler to the estate that he was supposed to protect, and of course, wrongfully extracting money from the rightful remaining beneficiaries of the estate in the process. The irony is that he is knowledgable and tenacious (meaning he'd get a good score if that were the only criteria). But he is also corrupt, dishonest, manipulative, greedy, and has extremely poor ethics. So bad, in fact, that he needs to be disbarred.
