Scott knows what he doesn't know and is not afraid to research and investigate. He is honest. He carefully plans his strategy but does not shoot from the hip. Everything he does he first give a lot of thought to. That being said I have never waited longer than a few minutes to meet with him on a scheduled appointment. You could see how very busy he is and would give you his undevided attention. I was confident of his decisions.
