Brad Bernstein overall i find he helped yes, but the problem now they are tackling on additional fee when I already paid in a space of 90 day's the full amount when we signed the contract. now an extra being throw out there, but they are not telling me what it's for. I gave them my receipts. but yet they are looking for way's to pin on me some non existing fee. im very disappointed with this situation. I'm a honest man, and i don't like to owe no one. All i want to know is where these extra fees came from. and no one in that firm telling me are know's what extra fees i owe. now he calls, bullying me speaking roughly, and not having accurate paperwork in front him, he then tells me he call me back he has to do a calculation. this is stressful for two years now he's attacking me. I need help to solve this matter.

Brad Bernstein has alot of paralegals working for him and your case would be assigned to one of them. The paralegal would consult with Brad and he would guide then throughout the process. Brad himself doesn't handle any cases. Their prices are very high but they get the job done. Brad is very knowledgeable went it comes to immigration issues and if he can help you he will and if he cannot he will let you know he can't.

I have been very disappointed with the Law Office of Spar & Bernstein. My case is complicated and I received a promise that did not come true. They are very expensive but the price would be worth it if the service was above par. I can never get a paralegal on the phone when I have a question. If I do get one, I won't get the same one twice. The receptionists are not even the slightest bit polite or helpful. I am incredibly disappointed with my whole experience (client since 2003).

I CANT TELL YOU ABOUT ANY OTHER LAWYER, BUT THIS GUY KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT. I HEARD HIM ON THE RADIO AND WENT TO SEE HIM. I WAS MESSED UP BY ANOTHER LAWYER AND THIS GUY HAD EVERYTHING FIXED IMMEDIATELY. I GOT MY WORK PERMIT WITHIN A FEW MONTHS AND I'M NOW SCHEDULED FOR MY GREEN CARD INTERVIEW. FOR ME, HE WAS THE BEST.
