The worse lawyer in his profession if you can call him a lawyer at all. His office is what I would call a chop shop of an operation "He will put you in a much worse position then you are". Never have this man represent you for anything in ant way!!!! Beware of this man's tactics, he will waste your time and never get anything done, all he will cost you is your hard earned money. He does not know the law at all! Stay Away!!!

He needs to go back lawyer school and learn what the laws are.Paul thinks he know every thing. Does not let you explain anything.He does not know anything about.His office look like rats hole and think something is going to jump out of all the papers. Stay way from this guy.

Paul Gauer is an incredibly wise and effective attorney. He may not engage you in a long dialog about the negative activities of your ex-husband but he will always focus on the heart of any matter and wisely (without further inflating it) get it resolved. If you are looking for an attorney to resolve a matter as peacefully as possible, with great wisdom and experience of the courts in know what is likely to occur, Paul Gauer is a great option. He is also very informed in so many areas of the law that getting a divorce attorney, a real estate attorney and yet another attorney for your will and living will attorney will not be necessary. He has a reputation by the courts and by his peers of playing fair and being reasonable. He doesn't always tell you what you want to hear but his advice is colored by his tenure & experience. He is also collaborative and willing to listen to your suggestions and give them a try. I can't say enough. Paul Gauer is worth your trust.

Paul Gauer is all about being busy. He's first busy about collecting initial fees. He always does this very fast and very well. But then he's (1) too busy to give full attention to CASE DETAILS, (2) too busy to look up proper statutes appropriate to winning, (3) too busy to call back when necessary, (4) too busy to usually answer urgent questions/matters, (5)too busy buying properties from clients; some in foreclosure which has built his real estate holdings and brought down his service in other areas, (6) too busy to prepare for court properly, (7) too busy to think it's important to come to important meetings of significance, (8) too busy to strategize on important matters involving outcome. For the money paid, there is poor return of knowledge, communication, tenacity, work quality, and value so that there is much customer dissatisfaction. We finally leave. PRE-PAID LEGAL STOPPED REFERRING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. LEAVE.

This Lawyer's secratary is oh so ruude! very unprofessional! Tells you whatever or go somewhere else! The office is a total mess!! Paper work everwhre on the floor on his desk just nasty and filty! he doesn't take the time to hear your concern, lazy and mean. Just horribly! Isn't knowledgably about recent law changes! only after ur hard earned money!
