I don't know what you other folks are talking about but I can tell you that I did everything that Michael Harker and his staff asked me to do and they got me better results than I even imagined that they could, for which I am more than satisfied. I just can't thank them enough for all their help. All I can say is that I am very grateful for a job well done!

This is an answer to the dated Feb. 21, 2011. I can tell you that I am real. I have been to Atty. Harker office many times. Either for myself or bringing a friend. We did had an appointments, we have to wait a while and we could see people walked in and out meeting with Mr. Harker or his staff. My experienced and observation to the firm is excellent along with my case and so as with my friends that I referred. It's very simple we can't win all the time. As long as our Attorney tried his best, I did not mind losing. For my case I was satisfied. It was not the way I wanted but it was done properly.You can have the best case but in court, you can still lose. Don't cry on spilled milk. It's done, No one knows the truth of your story so please keep it to yourself. There's always two sides of the coin. To let everybody know, Attorney Harker is the best lawyer I've know and I will continue refer my friends and people that need help.

I have used this attorney for ten years and have nothing but 100% faith that he uses his best judgment and consideration when dealing with clients per their type of case. This attorney is very good at what he does and very selective about the types of cases he takes. He stood up for me when I had no one else to turn to and did an outstanding job. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He represented me the very best he could and the judge even seemed impressed. He is very strong and a fighter for what I wanted and needed and got it. I suggest you just have to tell him the truth about your case don't hide any secrets, so that there's no surprises at the end.

I’am very satisfied with the service provided by Michael Harker, he’s doing a good job with my PROBATE case,i'm not really good in English but all of his staff explain it to me proper and clear. In a rebuttal to the previous poster's allegation that the posts here are not real, this one is. I retained the services of Atty Harker to stop the foreclosure proceedings initiated by B of A on our home, in breach of an agreement with them for a loan modification. We have so far received nothing but timely and professional services from the law firm, and will not hesitate to refer anyone needing outstanding legal counsel to Atty. Harker's office. Going back to the previous poster, "CAVEAT EMPTOR". Obviously, the poster lost his case and is now spilling poison on the water well.

Was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable when dealing with my case. I seriously doubt any of the high ratins are even real. I doubt this guy has any client who likes him. One only needs to deal with him or his staff to wonder how does a person like this continue to practice law in Nevada. He took my retainer on a case that an honest attorney later told me had zero merit. I gave $5000 which I doubt I will ever see. Shame on you Harker. Same on your Firm and most of all, SHAME on NEVADA for allowing Harker a license.

About 2 years ago our first home has been threatened due to economic hardship that spread-out throughout the country. after two previous attorneys that promised me to modify my house end up to foreclosure. A friend of a friend referred me to Attorney Harker after my house was foreclosed. To my surprize, he was able to get me back into my house and still living in it, and back to litigation with a loan modification from the bank that foreclosed my property. For the money he charged me is all worth it. I did not expect so much when I went to Mr. Harker, it was just another lawyer to me at that time. I would like to give him my best appreciation for the job well done to give me back in to my house. Even loan modification is not totally done yet, to get me back in is a miracle. Thank you Mr. Harker for helping me out. You did and still work hard on my loan modify.

I was referred to Mr. Harker by my co-worker back in May 2008. I admit I was very skeptical, as I had a very bad experience with another attorney prior to Mr. Harker. But I still took my co-worker's advise to retain Mr. Harker for my child support case. To this day, I'm so happy with the result of his services. I'm glad that I listened to my own instinct and my co-worker. Mr. Harker is very upfront on everything, he did not guarantee anything to me but I saw how he really worked hard and did his very best to get the result I was expecting. His always professional, efficient & very intelligent on all my court hearings. I watched him in court and his always knowledgeable and very updated of the law. From what I saw in Mr. Harker's services is nothing but excellency and service with integrity & honesty to his client. It's a case by case basis and there's no guarantee on each case. Very highly recommended! Mr. Harker and his tenacious legal team found an almost forgotten statute/precedent which turned the tide in our favor in a very complicated litigation. I retained Michael Harker in 2008 on a Breach Of Contract issue regarding our real estate loan financed through Countrywide/Bank Of America. From the initial exploratory meeting, to the filing of the lawsuit, up to the present time I have gotten nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service from his law firm. I have referred this outstanding gentleman to friends and family, and will continue to do so. He is an asset to the community in general, but more so, to people who don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars to spend on a top-notch lawyer.

I've had this incompetent, so called lawyer, working a case for me a few years now and have seen no results in my case. He throws out excuse after excuse when you do get ahold of him, which only happens when he feels like talking to a client. His paralegal is routinely off at lunch or just plain off no matter what time of day you call. If my case ever does make it to court I hope he has the good sense to show up on time since he obviously has very bad time management skills. It has gotten to the point where I think of him as being just as bad or worse than the person I have him trying to get into court! I have no choice but to use his services since I know he'd never give back my retainer. So all I can do is hope for the best. I definitely would not recommend him to any of my friends or coworkers!! This guy was recommended to us by a local/state agency? Nice job by them!! Not!

In the beginning, he was the best attorney out there. Now you can never get ahold of him, ever! Message after message after message is left, and not even a response from his assistant. Retained him 2 years ago and spoke to him a handful and I mean one hand-ful of times. Only to find out 2 years later that we "wouldn't win the case". He needs to get back to basics and learn what customer service and communication is all about.

Mr. Harker dropped the ball several times with my case. He has been a terrible communicator and would respond only after a threat to report to the state bar.Ultimately, he entered into a settlement agreement without my consent. He also, after filing a counter complaint, never bothered to serve the other party.

What a CARING, UNDERSTANDING, PERSONABLE, ACCESSIBLE, KIND-HEARTED, DILIGENT, RELIABLE, METICULOUS attorney. From your first meeting with him you can feel his empathy for what you are going through. He is not like the other blood-sucking divorce attorneys, you get your money's worth and more. His representation in mortgage litigation is on the same level as his family court issues. Too bad he doesn't practice in other areas as he is a credit to the practice of law.
