The worst attorney on the planet. Everything that came out of this guys mouth was a lie. Paid thousands of dollars for ZERO HELP.

FOUR OF US IN THE FAMILY RETAINED MR. HARKER TO REPRESENT US IN ALL OUR REAL ESTATE AND BANKRUPTCY MATTERS. WE RECEIVED THE PROPER GUIDANCE FROM MR. HARKER WITHOUT STRESS. EVERYTHING WAS STEP BY STEP PROCESS. THE SERVICES WAS EXCELLENT AND WE GOT THROUGH ALL OF THIS CASES WITH NO WORRIES. THIS LAWYER IS VERY UPFRONT, AGGRESSIVE TO HIS WORK AND I CALL HIM A VERY HAPPY LAWYER. I WILL KEEP REFERRING MR. HARKER TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND EXTENDED FAMILY. SO FAR, I NEVER HEARD ANY COMPLAINTS TO SOME I REFERRED TO HIM. ALL I HEARD IS HE HAVE A GREAT STAFF WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE.

I have used Mr. Harker on my criminal case. He said even in his retainer that no case is guarantee but he will try his his best. If not because of him, I could have been in jail. Thank you Mr. Harker.

Mr. Harker handled numerous of my cases real estate and others and it went all great. He is very upfront lawyer and tell you just the way it is. He will try his best to defend his clients. I referred him many of my friends and families and so far so good. I will keep referring him to many that need help.

A DISGRACE TO HIS PROFESSION.... WHAT A SHAME. RETAINED THIS CLOWN IN 2007, NEVER RECEIVED ANY FOLLOW UP FROM HARKER NOR HIS INCOMPETENT STAFF WHEN TRIED TO INQUIRE REGARDING MY CASE HARKER WAS EITHER OUT OF OFFICE OR WITH ANOTHER POOR NEW CLIENT HIS ASSISTANT WAS ALWAYS GONE FOR THE DAY...EVERY DAY SAME STORY..MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE NEVER A CALL BACK .NEVER ANY CLIENT CONTACT AFTER RECEIVING RETAINER NEVER DID I EVEN RECEIVE AN UPDATE BY MAIL YOU WOULD THINK AFTER ALL THAT MONEY HE COULD AFFORD SOME SIMPLE STATIONARY TO KEEP HIS CLIENTS INFORMED. SO I TOOK IT UPON MYSELF TO JUST SHOW UP AT HIS OFFICE A FEW TIMES TO GET ANY POSSIBLE INFORMATION CONCERNING MY CASE .EVERY TIME I WAS TOLD THEIR WAS NO ONE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS DUE TO HIS INCOMPETENCE AND NEGLECT I NOW FIND MYSELF IN 2010 WITH AN UNJUST JUDGEMENT AGAINST ME . BECAUSE HE FORGOT TO SHOW UP FOR COURT.. HOW CAN NEVADA STATE BAR ALLOW THIS PERSON TO CONTINUE PRACTICING LAW . HOW DO I GET JUSTICE?

I've had this incompetent, so called lawyer, working a case for me a few years now and have seen no results in my case. He throws out excuse after excuse when you do get ahold of him, which only happens when he feels like talking to a client. His paralegal is routinely off at lunch or just plain off no matter what time of day you call. If my case ever does make it to court I hope he has the good sense to show up on time since he obviously has very bad time management skills. It has gotten to the point where I think of him as being just as bad or worse than the person I have him trying to get into court! I have no choice but to use his services since I know he'd never give back my retainer. So all I can do is hope for the best. I definitely would not recommend him to any of my friends or coworkers!! This guy was recommended to us by a local/state agency? Nice job by them!! Not!

This is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with. DO NOT give them your money. Go somewhere else its not worth the head ache of his rude staff and inability to complete work!

What a CARING, UNDERSTANDING, PERSONABLE, ACCESSIBLE, KIND-HEARTED, DILIGENT, RELIABLE, METICULOUS attorney. From your first meeting with him you can feel his empathy for what you are going through. He is not like the other blood-sucking divorce attorneys, you get your money's worth and more. His representation in mortgage litigation is on the same level as his family court issues. Too bad he doesn't practice in other areas as he is a credit to the practice of law.
