When I had questions Gary and his staff rapidly responded with with comprehensive answers. Gary's expertise and professionalism were effective and inspired my confidence throughout the Chapter 7 I went through. His is a very good lawyer to have in your corner. Where my circumstances seemed unique he had ready knowledge. He prepared me for the for each step of the way.

I went to Gary to discuss a foreclosure issueHe immediately went to work and called the lender. although the lender was an idiot and ended up with the property. HE STILL HAS it after 2 years. Gary was proactive and helpfull.

This is the lawyer from hell! This lawyer failed to represent me, my case was almost dismissed in bankruptcy court because Mr. Fraley failed to forward pertinent information to the courts prior to my court hearing. Mr. Fraley does not return phone calls, he fails to answer your questions. This lawyer should not be practicing law, he is incompetent. Warning: Do not retain this incompetent lawyer.

smiles all before he has your money but once he's got it ugggh he's like a drill seargant and always tell you if you don't do it his way you'll loss house; very messy and unorganized
