I was wrongfully charged on 3 serious crimes approximately 4 years ago, from the moment I met Roger he took my case very serious and was always there when I needed him. After a year went by I was shipped of to Afghanistan from Ft.Campbell, KY. Once the case was brought back up while I was in country he immediately went into action for me, making sure I didn't spend one day in jail upon my return. Once the all the court procedures began he kept me informed the whole time and always had a plan no matter what happened. Once it came down to the trial Roger was extremely professional and prepared. Needless to say I was wrongfully accused and was looking at serious charges, but because of Roger my innocence was proven and now after 4 years of this I can live free again. Roger Scott in my opinion is the top lawyer in the city and I owe him everything, thank you Roger from me and the and my soldiers from 101st Airborne Division!!!

My experience with the law firm Scott and Medling was incredible. They really made me feel like I was their only client and they were so professional and courteous to my individual needs. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional law firm to handle their specific needs. Again they make you feel as if YOU are their only client and not just a number, and that is priceless.

I am so thankful for the services of Scott & Medlin. I came to Roger Scott after being unhappy with my boyfriends Attorney. I remember feeling as if we were going to loose if stayed with him. I almost got into some serious trouble a year ago until a friend of mine told me to call roger scott, and thank god I did!! What could have put me behind bars for 5-10 years, roger scott got the whole case dropped!! I now recommend him and cathy medling to everyone I know who needs a great defense attorney!

Looking for an attorney is not an easy task. There are so many listed and how do you know the bad from the good? My experience with Attorney Roger Scott has been all positive. From the initial phone call, meeting him and going to court, (I know, yuck!) his expertise was necessary as well as comforting. Needing to go to court or any legal dealings can be a very stressful experience. It is in your best interest to hire someone that will represent you to the best of their capability. Originally consulted in December 2007, this lawyer agreed to half the full cost of services at initiation and the remainder paid over a unspecified term. During the month of January 2008, he was on vacation for the majority of the month. His admin called weekly and at times daily demanding payment. A payment was made in January and a week later, the phone calls started again. Upon the lawyers return from vacation, he himself started calling regarding payment. It was explained to him that another payment would be sent this month (February 2008). Late Friday afternoon they called saying that we needed to be in Court on Monday and if payment wasnt received today, he was withdrawing from the case. We spoke with his admin and made arrangements to provide a payment on Monday morning before court. The lawyer called afterwards and said that payment had to be made today. He knew that no time existed to consult with another lawyer prior to Monday. Not very trustworthy or professional.
