I highly regret giving Flangas law firm a chance! They totally set me up for complete failure. Not to mention the TERRIBLE and extremely unprofessional customer service. The woman Peggie that answers the phone is very rude and hostile. Every time I’ve tried to reach Kenneth Frizell in regards to my case he’s always unavailable. The woman that answers the phone constantly sounds under the influence of some sort of substance. I can’t believe I wasted thousands of dollars with Kenneth in the last 5 months he’s done absolutely nothing for my case but worsen it and misrepresent me! He’s never on time and is highly unprofessional and clueless in the court room. After paying so much money I expect better from Flangas law firm I’m so disappointed. The worst!! He assured me everything was going good with my case just to screw me over and leave me blind sided. Do not hire this guy!

I used this lawyer for my DUI and a couple other cases and they did great work. They always called me back and took time to break down my deals. He also helps with Motorcycle Profiling.

I have always gone to Ken Frizzell for my speeding tickets in the last 3 years. He helped me reduce them ALL to parking violations and I have always received quick responses from his office. Recently in April, I submitted my ticket to Ken Frizzell and within a week I received a letter in the mail from him. In no way did I feel like they forgot about me or just another number. In fact, Ken Frizzell has always taken care of me promptly and his office staff was very respectful and polite to me on the phone when I did call. In fact, I have recommended him to all my friends and family who have had traffic violations, and they have all been taken care of and loved him. I would recommend him to anyone hands down!!

I hired this law firm for a moving violation I got. I paid $150 and was told the ticket would be reduced to a parking ticket with no points and the fine would be reduced. After almost 5 months I finally got a notice that my fine could now be paid...and it was $100 more than originally stated. And I was found guilty of the moving violation! All this so called law firm did was get the points removed. I'm sure I could have done that myself. The staff is rude and phone calls are not returned. Stay away, far away from these so called attorneys!

This law office is a joke. I have never seen reviews where every single example others have listed happened to me. They are a scam and ruined my life with a simple DUI...I was better off representing myself and saving money and agravation. The ladies answering the phone are rude and make up answers to get you off the phone only to get ripped in court by a judge for following your attorneys advice. Mr. Frizzell acted like a kid in elementary school when he had to get in front of the judge on my behalf and was missing half the documents I had given him. Then when you call him out on his countless lies, he makes up a story like you are an idiot telling you stuff he never told you like a child. Bottom line? If you ever need to talk to him, hes always out of the office (I tried for 11 months) How he is still practicing is a shame which is why I filed a formal complaint to the Nevada Bar.

This firm is a joke. Aurora's customer service skills are also a joke. You find better customer service at the DMV or a McDonald's. They skipped out on court twice, and when I brought it to their attention, they asked my why I went to court??? They represented me on a case, then when they didn't show up, again asking me why I went to court, I asked them for help to resolve it, thy said they they didn't go to court for me on that case.... Give me a break, the court records show them going to court for me and now that it's their fault, all of a sudden they didn't work on that case?? I should of listened to the negative reviews and not fork over the $750 for something they promised to handle and never did. This place is a joke, instead of listening to concerns from clients, they blame the client for something that was THEIR fault. Aurora is a joke, obviously there is to much stress because she has gained about 60lbs since last time I saw her. Must be all the negative stress from clients.

Please see the same review posted below. I have NEVER requested his or any of his associates services. The EXACT same thing which happened below happened to me!!!! I had already retained a lawyer and bondsman and was already going to bail myself out of jail. He stalked the phone book and family members of my own family. He had posed as the POILCE DEPARTMENT to gather any personal information from anyone he knew. He haraased my poor family and scared them out of their mind.

A lunar eclipse isn't as shady as this law firm. I got a DUI about a year ago, and I came to them to see what they could do for me. Frizzell's case manager told me that even though my BAC was relatively high, they'd be able to get it reduced to reckless driving and get the DMV to not suspend my driver's license. Well, the DMV didn't take my license because the arresting officer didn't show up to the DMV hearing, which I was pretty happy about. Then, on the court date 5 months later, he didn't get it reduced to reckless driving because my BAC was too high (wasn't a problem for the case when I was about to pay them $1,500) AND I ended up losing my license anyway because I was pretty much forced to plead guilty to the DUI (something I could have done myself without legal "representation"). They'll pretty much lie to you to get your money, and then there's pretty much nothing you can do about it.

i did not even hire kenneth frizzell for his services. his firm went on the nevada arrest records/inmate records and saw i had been arrested that day. i live in nevada, his assisants 'STALKED' and found my family's home and cell phone numbers back in ohio and told them that they needed $1750 and they would get me out of jail. i had already had legal representation at this time and was not in jail. they continued to call my grandama and mom, who was scared i was in jail or that it was a scam for money, for the next 3 days telling them i was still in jail. made a complaint to the nevada state bar on Brooke, ken's assistant who was calling my family, on him law firm. i found out that this firm trying to stimulate getting clients from inmate arrest records is unethical and NOT ALLOWED according to the nevada state bar!!!! they tried to get money from my family using scare tactics when had never asked for their help! he runs a shady law firm 110%! please report him to the nevada bar!

I have been dealing with this firm for years. They have always done what they said they would. I have had tickets and didn't have to go to traffic school and got reduced to parking ticket. They have always done what they say. They have always been fair with me. I would defiantly refer them.

When I called this lawyer's offices I asked for the out-the-door price of taking care of my citation. I was told $150.00, I asked again if that was the final price. I WAS TOLD YES! A few days later I got a letter in the mail that informed me that the citation had been taken care of and that NOW I had to pay for the citation, an amount of $255.00. I truly feel that I was ripped off. This was the 1st time I had used this type of service and last for this rip off artist. If I had been told at the outset that I still had to pay the fine it wouldn't have been as bad. I got the feeling from the person that answered the phone that the TOTAL cost was $150.00. For lawyers that insist on the facts, this one really dropped the ball!

I hired this lawyer for a DUI. When I 1st started working with him and the office they seemed great. They started off helpful and then all of a sudden became nasty. They would not return my calls and they would screen my calls during business hours. I know this becuase when I would call back from a different number or blick my number they would answer. I had so many unanswered questions and could not ever get a straight answer. The legal assistant Aroura was very rude and sarcastic everytime I spoke to her and up until my court date morning. My court was scheduled for a Wednesday and I called the office Monday and Tuesday and left messages and never got a response. All I wanted to know is if they had received my plea deal paperwork. I finally got someone to answer on Wednesday morning the day of my courst and it was Aroura. She tells me well I don't know if Mr. Frizzell got your paperwork. He is in court. I hired this office to fix a simple speeding violation. It was my first traffic violation of any sort and I was assured it would be simple and inexpensive. I paid $150 to the office and was told repeatedly that there would be NO ADDITIONAL COSTS because of the simple nature of the offense. 6 weeks later I received a bill for $302!! I make minimum wage and tips which is why I sought out an attorney to make sure my insurance rates didn't go up in the first place! This bill is outrageous. No one from the office returned my calls made daily for over a week and when I finally reached the secretary all she would tell me is that I have to pay or face collections! Horrible experience in every sense of the word.

I received a traffic ticket about 1 month ago and i hired Law offices of Kenneth Frizzell to take care of the case. Since it was something very small he stated he CAN GET THE CASE DISMISSED.After asking him 10times(i`m not exagerating) if he`s sure he can do it, he answered YES. I paid him and few weeks later i received a letter stating that i still had a case (it was not dismissed) and still have to pay the fine. This is exactly what i could have done myself!!! Save your money! Very poor service. He will lie to you just to get your business and then...goood luck!!!

I searched for an opinion website so that I could let other people know just how great "The ticket Fixers" really is! When you were able to reduce my $1,390.00 ticket to a $145 fine I was beyond amazed!!
When I received this ticket initially, it all but ruined our Las Vegas family reunion in June. Living in Santa Cruz California and not having had a traffic ticket since 1995 I was not thrilled. I saw one of your
ads posted on a billboard and took down the number. I received an immediate call back, answers to all my questions via email, same day, and within minutes of my inquiries. How do you do this for under $200? You guys are GREAT! Please post this for other people to review. I am a skeptic, especially when it comes to anything in Vegas. But, this "theticketfixers" is for real"!!! I cannot thank you enough!

I hired this lawer from out of state on a felony drug possesion charge (the devil got hold of me in vegas and I got arrested). He helped me avoid jail time and a huge fine (was facing up to 7 years and 6k in fines) I paid only 500 in fines, have a 6 month suspended sentence and it was knocked down to a misdemenor. I am satisfied 100% with the outcome. I didn't even have to travel back to vegas to handle anything, his team did it all. The offices communication was kind of bad. I always had to call them and get updates (I didn't mind doing this though, they always answered the phone and were available. It's just not what I would expect) 2500 fee and 500 fine. 3000 dollars later I learned my lesson.

This is not FAKE! I called a month ago about a ticket getting fixed they said no problem and said they would take care of it. I called a week before to check up, then the day before then the day after. then two days later a marshall shows up at my door with a warrant for my arrest! They did not help at all and cost me 2000 dollars... HORRIBLE BUISNESS!!! DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THEM! Again this is not fake this attorney truely screwed me over!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!I called to find out the status of my tickets and let them know that I hadn't yet received a letter...I was worried that payment was due and I didn't want to get a warrant. The receptionist told me that the attorney was on the other line with his wife. So unprofessional!! Shortly there after I was stopped on my way home from school - 2 warrants and they took me to jail. I've never been in trouble or been to jail ever before! This was humiliating and it inconvenienced my life - my work and my school & it made me sooooo mad!! Might not have been a big deal to you but it was to me. Thanks for nothing!

Horrible... didn't go to court. then i drove down there and they said they went and mailed me the amount due to the court, but i never received it in the mail. funny that i get all other unimportant mail and ads but i don't get the most important thing. this "law office" is the worst place ever. the lady on the phone is rude like no other. everyone there is a scam. i bet they got their law degrees over online courses. you are better off going to court just yourself. even if you live a hundred miles away. oh and i called today after the weekend to see if they can fix the mistake they made in the first place and guess what. the guy handling my case "went home sick" oh what are the odds that i went down there friday and they said they'll handle it monday, monday comes along and they are sick. this place should shut down. and those people should get a job at mcdonalds

I have never been treated so poorly by any bussiness in my life. This office claimed they would "fix" my tickets for a fee of $200, left over to the courts would be $150. The tickets were issued in jan.08 it is know dec.08 and i have received a letter from the courts on intent to issue a warrant because they were "no show" on 2 count them 2 court hearings. I have tryed to call the office with no answers, you leave messages with no call back, you get hung up on by RUDE staff. please what ever you do, DONOT USE THIS OFFICE OR ATTORNEY!!!

THEY WERE HIGHER PRICED THAN OTHERS BUT TOLD ME ALL FIX IT TICKETS WOULD BE DROPPED WITHOUT FIXING THEM AT NO COST. 6 MONTHS LATER I GET A BILL IN THE MAIL WITH ALL THE FIX IT TICKETS NOT BEING DROPPED AND OVER 350.00 EXTRA IN FINES SO IN THE END I SHOULD HAVE JUST HANDLED IT MYSELF AND IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME 600.00 PLUS DOLLARS...... I'm pretty sure these reviews are fake....I've had this lawyer fix a few speeding tickets over the years, and though the communication factor lacks, they always pull through and get me off the hook with nothing more than a parking fine. Also had them handle a DUI case, and my friend is happy with whats going on. People that expect their lawyers to give them a minute by minute play on what's going on is absurd. I bet Kenneth is a very busy man, and so is his staff, if you want an update, call their office! They have ALWAYS sent me notices when a case has closed, and my friend said that he always received mail when anything happens in court or when his appearance was needed. Though, I wish they would communicate via email, it would be a lot faster that way.

Hang on to your hat and sit down. I hired this lawyer, paid by credit card. I phoned again the next business day and asked for a refund. The hearing was 3 weeks away, and other lawyers would handle this matter for a third of his price. He refused a refund and said he'd begun working on the case. I found out later he hadn't done what he claimed to. They sent me a receipt with BOTH my first & last names spelled wrong. When I told them, the secretary said I must have spelled it that way (makes no sense.) I filed for a refund with the credit card company. The lawyer's office refused to return my call when I asked if he'd be withdrawing from the case, as I'd asked. A very, very troubled group.

I went to this attorney and was never mailed my final judgement, I am now in warrant and there is NOTHING that can be done by the sourts or this office to fix this. He is not a ticket fixer....he is worse.

I paid to get a speeding ticket "fixed". I moved across the country and paid his office by phone. His office help assured me they would take care of the ticket and it would be reduced to a parking ticket with no points. I would get a lesser ticket in the mail in a few months. When I finally got my mail forwarded, I received notice that my ticket went to warrant and my license would be suspended. They had done nothing. I called his office and was told it was my fault because I didn't tell them which court the ticket was for. (Of course I gave them ALL the info about the ticket, even asking if they wanted a copy emailed or faxed to them. They said no. And of course, they had contact info for me.) They were nasty and hung up on me several times. They finally said they would refund my money. They were extremely inept and unprofessional. I would avoid this attorney at all cost. It's a sad commentary that he is still in business.
