This poor evaluation reflects Mr. Duncan James as the director and head of his law firm! At first, on our case, he referred us to a competent attorney within his firm. When that attorney left his firm, Mr. James transferred our criminal case to an attorney who: 1) learned nothing about our case prior to the court date, 2) did not show up at the court on time, 3) told the judge only,"I don't know" about my relative, which would extend my relative's probation for six more months, completely unnecessarily, and 4) accepted our money for this poor work done, without offering any requested discount for this extremely poor service. This second lawyer negated much of the good work done by the previous attorney, so that the case was highly impaired.
