Please do your work when hiring an atty,I had my case in court for 2 years due to the lack of intrest after I paid him 5k,he was either late or usually would not show up,insted he would send his paniced associate that would try in vain to reach him on his cell in order to make a decision. finally my trial came,i waited for 2 hours only to once again see his very unprepared associate to inform me he was at a huskies game in California,needless to say I lost my A$&.

Totally impossible to get your money back!! Don't fall for the lie "you get your money back" cause you DON'T! Hired Coogan's office, paid the $400 fee to the office after being told that I would get it back if they couldn't help me...... court was unsuccessful. He was late and then couldn't help. Have been trying to get money back for 7 months now and today was told it was a "flat fee". DO NOT pay until you have something in writing. It's very easy to pay their office but impossible to get it back! I would NOT recommend!

This group is bad news. They claim to only charge you if they get you off, just try to get your money back when they don't. Their guy shows up for court an hour late, when he finally shows up the only words out of his mouth is "your screwed, I can't get you off. Oh well, at least you'll get your money back." When it came time to live up to the guarantee, all I got was the big run around and excuse after excuse why my situation didn't fit their criteria. The guarantee was pretty simple going in, if we don't get you off, you don't pay. This guy slimed me out of $250 bucks, plus the price of the ticket!
