Worst attorney I’ve ever spoken to. I knew in the first 5 minutes of the phone consultation that she was a joke. She was extremely rude, I felt as if I was talking to the opposing parties attorney. She belittled me and told me to go to the town clerk if I don’t know how to read. I actually had to tell her halfway through the consultation to take it easy on me because she was treating me like gum on the bottom of her shoe. Charged me $75 for a lousy 10 minute phone call just to gaslight and berate me. The only thing she really cared about was the $10,000 retainer I’d have to pay if I DID end up accepting her help. What a joke.

Where do I begin.This despicable attorney works only for herself giving no regard to the client who is paying her.I spent over $14,000 with this incompetent attorney and in the end she yielded no results.I accomplished what I needed to do on my own.I heard she was reputable and tough, don't know what has become of Lisa, however she should rethink why she got into this profession in the first place.She should not to allowed to practice law anymore since her objective is to bleed her clients dry.She is crude, abrasive and extremely greedy.She doesn't believe in modern day technology like email.She demands you fax her everything and then charges outrageous fees to read and mail out duplicate communications!Her phone calls are redundant and charges your savings away!Lisa Faccadio will even charge you for the visit to argue her abnormal charges for no results yielded!She will act as if she wants to come to an agreement but never will while charging you!You will have no retainer left!I sent

attorney faccadio doesnt use email, so she charges about $500 to stick a copy of the other side's email into an envelope and send it to you. getting documents to her is problematic, while the other side uses the internet. she contributes to the other side's war of attrition and wears you down, sucks up your money, and gets no results.

Lisa Faccadio should not be permitted to practice law, family or other. Her unethical ways, lack of morals or concern for even her own client take the back seat to the fact that as long as she is making money she can care less the outcome of the case or how much she bleeds her clients. I will NEVER in a million years ever recommend her to anyone, including my worst enemy - who, thanks to Faccadio, is not the person I am divorcing because her most unethical of tactics pulled us together to know how bad she really is. This attorney will hopefully have her day before the ethics committee of the bar association - someone has to explain to her that if she ever became a lawyer to make a difference in someone's life, the only difference she makes is that the client becomes poor and makes out like crap in court while she becomes richer and doesn't care what she does to get there. Sad.

Cannot say enough good things about this Attorney. She is the best of the best. Available 24/7 and has been doing this for 37 years. Hard working and just on top her game..at all times.

She is very good! I had one of the worst most bitter divorces that hit the middletown court in 30 years and she was excellent. Yes she has a lot of cases and that is a testiment to how many people like her and use her. With over 30 years of practicing divorce law she has heard it all and knows what you want and will get it. She does not sling mud or go back and forth on things but systematically does what has to be done to get the outcome you want. She will not yell or jump up and down. Most of the case is handled outside of the courtroom and inside it she is all business.

If you don't believe all of these negative reviews then do some research. She is the WalMart of lawyers - quantity vs. quality is her strategy. Lisa has 5-10 cases on every Monday morning. GO to the court and see for yourself. How could she possiblty remember all of the details of each and do you right? She then stirs the pot and files 5X the motions than every other lawyer. Cha Ching $$.. Don't believe it? Go to CT Judicial website and do a case lookup by attorney name and look at some of her cases. She is an expert at playing on your emotiions and using the system to drain both your and your spouses account. If this is the type of representation you want then I hope you have the emotional and financial stabilty to hang in for the long run becasue you'll need it.

The worst mistake I ever made. She was a horrible lawyer who billed me thousands & thousands. She did not do any of the things she was charging me for. The worst lawyer available - stay away from this one! You would do better on your own!
