Was very pleased with how my case went. Mr. Branum took care of everything and the hearing was a piece of cake. I would definitely recommend hiring him.

Do not go to this guy, he does not follow up on his work. Does not know where anything is. Once you pay him, you can't get him to finish his job. My parents almost lost their home and it because he did not do his job and it didn't bother him at all.

takes on more than he can handle...doesn't give a true picture of what you're getting into and what to expect from him. And yes he's kind of a joke at the courthouse and among his colleagues...nice guy...needs a paralegal

He is disorganized, he is messy, but he cares. He will never be dishonest with you, and he will eventually get the job done for you. If you are patient with him, he will get it done and does you a service. He has helped countless people.

Did not bother with showing up to my hearing. No point in hiring this man. I had to rely on an attorney there for someone else to help me out. I gathered from the conservation around me that even other attorneys are fed up with this guy.

I was pretty pleased with Mr. Branum. He treated me with dignity and respect and helped me to fix the hell that my personal finances had become. Yes, he is very busy and hard to reach, but I'm so glad that I used him because it went very well, the fees were cheap, and he didn't talk down to me like most other lawyers do.

I just called my old bank that I had a loan with and it was supposed to be included in my bancruptcy and I just found out that after 3 years they still have not received a notice from Mr. Branum. Would not recommend him to my worst enemy!!

This man has me so stressed over my bankruptcy. Says you can't do a 7 so do a 13. Now my case is so messed up. I might end up losing my car. The courts are always sending papers saying something was not filed with our case. No wonder he has a sign out front of his office saying bankruptcy's $295.00 You have to call him repeatly to get him to answer your questions.Never answers or calls back. Will schedule and appointment with you then when you get there he either cancels or you have to wait hours to been seen.
