Richard Sybrandy did not return calls, did not address deadlines in a timely manner and did not communicate. He was late to a hearing. He overcharged for services and under delivered.

he won a family law case for me. he is reasonable in his price. he doesnt back down to other lawyers and is firm and knows what he is talking about. very honest and let me know of all possible outcomes and if he thought he could get everything i asked for in the parenting plan.

Richard Sybrandy did an amazing job for me in a family law case a few years ago. I could not be happier with the results. He delivered everything he said he would and more. I was referred to him by a friend who also had amazing results with him :)

Very arrogant. Tells lies in court and slanders those he is interrogating. Also counsels his clients to lie and does not abide by laws in practice by deceit and non-conformity to pre-made agreements. Submits completely irrelevant material and questions. Claims to be a “Christian”, but shows and speaks the complete opposite in court.

Lazy lawyer will not do his best he does not want to be bothered with any thing that might involve a little bit of work.He will look at your case in the court room with no game plan YOU WILL NOT WIN WITH RICHARD SYBRANDY want a good lawyer see Don Bisagna he is lier but at least he is friends with the judges he will bring in a team with a plan because he wants to win

Consistantly fails to provide any result. States he can offer the world and yet he can not even begin to deliver. Fails to respond to emails and when he does he neglects to answer the questions. He will talk about how good he is but unfortunately that is not backed up by performance. Takes your retainer but fails to represent. A very sloppy and unorganized man tells you he will do something and then fails to see it through. If only people would file complaints with the WSBA vice venting on web sites that have no teeth. In my view this is stealing from his clients as he has no intention of actualy representing his clients. I had to give him information at a court hearing that he already had been given months prior to. Definitely has unlimited potential to be effective unfortunately that potential is never realized.

NEVER NEVER use this attorney. Takes money with zero results. Couldn't even set a court date with the other parent having no attorney. Does absolutely zero, but take your money and fill you with hot air. Think he just likes to hear his own voice. He has no consideration for anyone else, their children or welfare of a child. He has an agenda of trying to be considered of a political future. He is in cahoots with two other attorneys in the valley as well. Do not use who he recommends for a guardian ad litem either. He will not advocate for you. PLEASE just use the court facilitator, she knows way more than he does, and will save you tons of money and headache.He wasted four years of my time and had to fire him, to only be exactly where i was, but minus the $6000 he took. BEWARE, RUN RUN RUN

He handled a child support modification for me and saved me about $250 a month. The judge was ready to agree with my ex but Sybrandy did a great job arguing some important points of law that changed the courts mind. I would hire him again if I needed a lawyer.

He intentionally delayed motions and compromises with my ex to rack up more charges. He failed to keep two court dates and never returned my calls. He is the type of attorney that gives attorneys a bad reputation.

My lawyer called him to negotiate new temporary orders so i could lower my support of $5,600 per month to something i could afford and was reasonable, he told my lawyer for me to get off my dead ass and work harder and to stop "stalking" my wife, my only contact, through a pastor, was concerning my 3 children and their welfare, i haven't seen my wife for over two months. I believe he should have my wife and 3 children's best interest and welfare in the foremost of his mind, i realize he's a lawyer and just doing his job, i wonder if he truly cares for his clients.

He failed to show up at three consecutive court hearings, leaving me to fend for myself. He did not call to let me know he wouldn't be there. In fact, his office called me to confirm the court dates. He never returned my calls
