I screwed up bad by not getting this lawyer. He gave me a flat rate which I thought was a little high for what seemed like a slam dunk case. I stupidly went for another lawyers sales pitch who promised to go after corrupt cops (he didn't). Ended up spending twice as much money for bumbeling incompetence. I recieved more good advice free from Ellman than the bum I paid. If I need a lawyer in CO again it will be Kevin Ellman.
