i rated her 1 bacause there were no oooooos,she makes appointments.she isn't in she takes your money, then want talk to you for weeks,if then,she lied to me every time i talked to her,she will not take responseabilty for her actions, she will say paperwork has been filed,which in my case was another lie, plus she can't produce orginal paperwork,will say "i don't know where it is, I DON'T HAVE IT, i'm been done so wrong,i will never trust her or say anything good about her!!!!bad news
