I think Richard Kallenbach is ethical, knowledgeable, compassionate and will do the best work possible. Often out- comes are not because of the attorney but because of the justice system, Justice systems never have organization so scheduling is poor and never enough judges to progress the system in a timely manner.

I WOULD HIGHLY *NOT* RECCOMEND MR KALLENBACK. I HAVE NEVER HIRED SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL ARROGANT LAWYER. WOULD NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. ONLY RESPONSE FROM SECRETARY WAS "JUST SHOW UP FOR COURT" WAS TOLD COULD HELP ME FOR X AMOUNT. SENT ALMOST TWICE THAT AMOUNT UPFRONT(STUPID) NO REFUND OF COURSE.FINAL OUTCOME WAS SORRY, CANT HELP YOU-NO REDUCTION OF CHARGE, NO PLEA, NOTHING. COULD HAVE PLEADED GUILTY TO ORIGINAL CHARGE FOR FREE! WOULD NOT RECCOMEND FOR JAYWALKING- VERY VERY ARROGANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL! IF HE COULDNT DO "ANYTHING" HE SHOULDN'T HAVE SAID SO AND TOOK MY MONEY!
