Contacted office spoke to secretary. took my info and said she would email me a form , I waited a couple days and she did not know what happened to her email, as I was speaking to her the email came , I filled out the forms immediately sent them back have not heard back from office yet its been over a week,

We do not recommend Mr. Thompson for successions. He gives his "paralegal" most of the work and she is not knowledgeable in filings with multiple parish properties involved. He is hard to get on the phone. Did not instruct us on what to do after Judgement of Possession was received. We asked him to file in other parishes and he refused. We had to do our own filings in parishes outside of Caddo. He stated he sent a certified copy but when we walked it into the Clerk's office in another parish, they stated it was only a stamped copy. Made us wonder if he or his staff knows the difference. Very rude and made our mother feel like she was an inconvenience and incompetent. Billed us for conferences with his secretary (this was stated on invoices). Charges were more than originally stated they would be. We expected copying and filing charges, but felt the conferences should have been included in the flat rate quoted.
