Mr. Boone handled my divorce in 2001. I needed his assistance in the same case involving my two children in 2006. He has always worked in my best interested. When I followed his advice the outcome was in my favor both times that I had to go to court with Mr. Boone. His work ethic, his communication and his knowledge of the law are exemplary.

Maybe he would be a good attorney if he ever actually went to court. I hired him in 2010 and its 2013 and have yet to go to court..his excuses were he had knee surgery. The judge postponed due to him taking a family vacation!!! Long story short i paid 3500.00 in attorney fees for NOTHING! HES A CROOK! TAKES MONEY FROM SINGLE MOTHERS!! NOT SURE HOW HE SLEEPS AT NIGHT.

Ms. 13yr stay at home mom selectively omits key information, as always. She'd have you believe it was a utopia until the evil husband bailed on her. She doesn't tell you how she woke him daily telling him how she hated him, couldn't wait for him to leave, because her life was so much better with him gone. Or how, the stay at home mom needed a full time nanny to help her watch what she referred to as, "those ****ing kids." Or how she couldn't produce a hot meal for her husband when he returned from work, or how she went through maids, since keeping the house was too stressful, but no maid met her standards. She doesn't mention the reason she got no alimony, is due to her own extramarital affairs. She doesn't say the reason she gets no child support is because the father shares loving custody 50/50, without fail. She says she was homeless, but not that she really vanished with daughter to live with the nanny. She blames others for her plight & won't see her own hand in it all. Sad.

Claude and Josh will take care of you. They do their job by the law. They will be honest with you when you ask if you have anything to worry about. They are busy guys but they do make time for their clients. I would expect that if you are dumb and overly demanding they will put you in your place. I have always been pleased that they will were always happy to answer my questions. Phone call were always returned within 24 hrs. I hope to never need their services again but if I do, they will represent me!

On fire doesn't come close! This has to be the best divorce attorney in all the South! You sign a motion and the orders beat you to the mailbox. Tactics are great ... Especially when your ex is a gold digger ! Hard to read but you always know he's on top of the game with something up his sleeve. You know he's good when you are told he don't like to lose!

Worst Human in the Domestic Realm. My mom Has A phd in psychology and he told her to shut up sit down and just hand me my $50,000 check. I do not want to speak to any of but third path. Huge joke. Claude Boone did to me, exactly what a previous writer wrote. I was married 13 years, a stay at home mom,2 young children. I find out my husband has an affair with his secretary, while i was pregnant with my 2nd baby. He hires Claude Boone. Because of his horrific tactics, I ended up homeless while waiting for our courtdate that kept getting post-poned, until finally I just signed away my rights. I receive no child support, no alimony. nothing. Fortunetely I am the one that ended up with all our wonderful friends, that have given me so much support and love, while my ex is suffering with no friends. Claude Boone is an evil man and someday his ways will come back to haunt him.

I respect his knowledge and question his tactics. He can be difficult to deal with but gets terrific results if you do things his way. He is worth the money and time. I would use him again.

He tells his clients to starve out their x's and they will sign anything. Record every conversation you have with them. he is about games and and not the truth or the kids. he is know as the dirty lawyer of mobile, what a name to have. His own clients would not do everything he ask becasue it was not right to do.

I have no idea what he is like as far as being his client but I can tell you if your wife has him you will be arrested for abuse.That is how he plays the game.My advice is to talk to him before your wife and then she cannot hire him.
