Absolutely horrible mean angry burn out woman lawyer who is clearly very very unhappy with many personal issues. She will absolutely shred you based upon any mistakes you made during what was obviously a bad matchup and pairing for marriage. Making you feel less than a person and wish you'd never walked in her cute office. Please stay away from this horrible damaged woman even during your darkest times and greatest hopes to get your children. She will lie to you and promise the world and not do a damn thing after overpriced retainer is paid.

she represented me in a contested divorce which due to the mobile county court system, which took a year and a half to get in court. We ended up settling without trial and I feel she pressured me to settle at the last minute with scare tactics, I felt she did not want to go to trial. I ended up paying her nearly $10,000 in fees TO SETTLE. She was very judgemental of me. It was impossible to get her on the phone. In the end, I could have hired an inexpensive attorney and got the same settlement, but I heard she was very good so I was willing to pay her high fees, but I ended up getting screwed in the settlement. I felt like she was almost working for the other side in this case. I would never recommend her to anyone based on my experience.

She is only interested in a "divorce show." Her ultimate goal is greed. Ms. Haas will collect a large fee, but will only work in her best interest; not, her clients. Her level of interest is politically motivated; not, morally motivated. Divorce is not a crime, but she treats it as such.

Two words: Pit Bull. Ferocious and capable attorney. Did more for me in three months than that hack Larry Hallett did for me in a year. Worth Every Penny. Met with me on Saturdays. Got me (the father) primary custody and child support. Knows the right questions to ask in courtand how to pin down a liar. Represented me successfully on a subsequent relocation hearing and another hearing for me to get a passport for my child. Staff returned phone calls promptly and courteously. Treated me like family. Handed Boone and all my ex's other attorneys their heinies in court. Won't take your custody case if she doesn't believe you're the right parent. If she wouldn't continue your case you must have been a piece of work. There is none better than Ginger Haas.

VH was awful. She represented me in a divorce and wanted me to take the first offer that was a joke. She wants a quick and easy divorce for $5,000.00. I was married for 28 years and my husband handled all the investments and would not submit all the documents. When it was time to go to court and we did not have everything she told me that she would not do a continuation and that I would have to find another lawyer because she had alot more clients with alot more money involved. I even received documents on another persons divorce papers given to me in error. We also went to court for my exhusband who would not pay the utilities and they were turned off and my children and I had to live with my mom until court and nothing was done and I was crying, she had the nerve to tell me that my children aught to thing about the kids in Etheopia who have no home. I was appauled and this was the person who was to fight for me and represent me. She also is very slow on processing papers.

Mrs. Haas was on my team a few years ago for a divorce. She is the best with details. She doesn't miss a thing. Her details and research are top notch; the research is not legal, she knows it well, but research on the other side. Her "MO" is not to talk much about what she knows. I never went to trial. After what I thought was a marriage, VH got a legal annulment for me. If one could be better than the best, she is it.

She never returns phone calls and neither does her staff. Usually get the answering machine or "she is gone for the day" when you call her. After taking over $2000.00 in payments for a divorce at which time she stated it would take around 7-10 days for her to complete the paperwork it has been 4 MONTHS and she still hasn't served or completed papers. This is RIDICULOUS!! DO NOT USE HER IF YOU WANT YOUR DIVORCE OVER ANY TIME SOON!!!

She is a no nonsence atty with a good work ethic, hard too get on the phone but she does have a good reputation, and despite having a certain hard way about her, she is a 'pit bull' of an attorney which is what you want to let lose in the court room

Ms.Haas is one of the top lawyers in mobile but if she decides she does not like you then you are not going to do well in court.She will not listen to you as she thinks she knows you better than you know yourself.Wear a gas-mask if you are in her office as it is hard to catch you breath due to the smoke.Yes she smokes with you in the room.
