Has no respect for woman, very arrogant, can't control his childish temper. I haven't even had him as a lawyer and I would feel bad for who does. Not worth any of your money. Get someone who really cares. This guy is despicable. Really rude.

Kelly is the slimy lawyer that hangs around small courtrooms to pick up his clients. Prefers to work with cash without receipts. He is very friendly with small town (Wanaque, Ringwood, Pompton Lakes)judges/prosecuters. Most of the time, this is in your favor. But sometimes he owes a favor to a prosecuter and then you become the example. I could never recommend him.

used him in2001 for a case that i could have lost my drivers lic and he was abel to just file no contest and i paid a fine and was out of there with nothing on my record

very very bad communication, very arogant. Thinks because he has been in the business for 30 pluse yrs that he walk on water. paid him alot of money. you have to constantly remind him of thinks. the worst lawer in jersey. his secretary is very nasty. i'm sure he can handle small cases like any other lawer but a case that is extensive I DON'T THINK SO!
