Hired him after my sons mother was granted primary by general magistrate in 2006, and I was given 10 days to object, instead of doing the job I hired him to do for a $3000 retainer, I ended up not seeing my son for almost a year and was charged for every time my ex called or emailed MY lawyer and he spoke to her more, but I was his client!!! Never answered my questions or filed anything I needed him to. Only asked for more money and I just may have lost my son because he didn't do HIS job. It took him a year to do ANYTHING and then after he "stated" the retainer was gone, requested another 500 and then another 700 when I called with what I thought was the break we needed for the case. Needless to say, my son is not safe and suffering somewhere with his mother and Allan could have prevented it, but chose not to. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!

Hired in good faith over 4 months ago, gave him $2500, and our bankruptcy case has still not been filed. Took our money we had to put on a credit card. Does not answer our questions, does not give advice on crucial matters. The 4 month wait has resulted in more expense than ever. Phone calls and emails are not responded to in a timely matter and our concerns and questions are not answered.
