He was very unprepaired to go to court, did not defend client when should have. Has failed to set up a supplemental hearing on the pending medical bills left unpaid by my exhusband after he was told to do so by the judge at our final hearing of our divorce. He also has in his posession a 2,500.00 tax check of mine in which he has never sent me a billing statement in 2 yrs and will not respond to me by phone or mail about where my tax money has gone. I have told his receptionist that I am no longer using him as my attorney and still have not gotten a response.
