BACK IN 2010 HE WAS CAUGHT AND SUSPENDED FROM PRACTICING LAW BECAUSE HE STOLE JUST OVER 30k FROM THE LAW FRIM he worked for right there in Champaign Illinois. Now something must be wrong in this guys personal life or he has a bad habit. But for a lawyer to steal 30k it speaks a lot! Apparently his habits have not changed a bit. He’s still stealing money from people but his tracks are better covered since he has his own firm. What’s sad is every case Brian king has where the firm he used to work for he flops all of the cases because the firm is well reputable and can basically dictate whether he has clients or not because the Brian king law firm is not good at all! Brian king law firm will be under investigation once again for breach of duty! And stealing money again. I know exactly what Brian kings response will be to this. “ well josh I’m sorry you fell that way” ... well Brian king I’m sorry

	1/13/16	1	1	1	1	1	He took FOREVER to return calls, emails, faxes, any form of communication. Super disappointed. Was more of a mediator than an attorney.
	6/26/14	1	1	1	1	1	He was fine on contacting me until he got my money. He then showed up late for my custody case and told me I had to sign things I didn't have explained to me before this. I felt pressured and had to get back to work. He never finished paperwork or called me back after numerous phone calls. He never sent me a bill or any paperwork of any kind. I think he just took my money and has left me in a worse situation.

	6/29/11	5	5	5	5	5	The communication & knowledge was great. Brian good at listening and caring. Something I had not found in my search prior to finding Brian. He left all decisions on my case up to me, whether he agreed or not. He gave me all options and explained everything very well so I could decide which direction to go forward with.
	6/4/11	1	1	1	1	1	has little to no knowledge of child support laws in Illinois. signed paperwork without my knowledge which doubled my child support and made the amount retroactive 18 months, which put me in arrears to the tune of $8000. Never returned phone calls. Scam artist.
