The worst lawyer I have ever had! She didn't file proper paper work and I was taken away by bounty hunters! DO NOT USE HER!!

she is the worst attorney EVER!!! I would not recommend her to my enemy! I paid her a $1500 retainer a year ago and she has never even put in a motion to the courts! I havent heard from her in 8 months after countless calls and nothing in return...I am currently seeking legal action against her and reported her to the board! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT hire this lady for nothing she will just take your money!

What a joke. She never returns any of my calls or emails. I have paid her my 750.00 retainer fee. i dont believe she has done any thing she was suppose to. I have not heard from her in months. I dont know where my case stands or anything. She really is not professional and her actions prove this.

She is the best thing that has happen to my family I worded with her two times and both she was great the last time I used her she helped me get full custody of my little girl and with me being a man that was no easy task and she took it on like it was just another day and did not turn me down like three others had she was great in every way.

Miriam has worked for my daughter for a long time and at times I wondered if she was the right person for the job. My daughter a single mother and helping her younger sister wiht life has been through years of torment from her ex. Miram is very head strong and very compassionate and understood what my daughter was and is going through. My daughters retainer ran out a long time ago, but Miriam didn't quit! She worked with her and stayed with her and is still with her. My daughter pays her when she can and she still receives as much attention to her case as if my daughter paid her a very high fee. I am so thankful that there are actually attornies (or atleast one attorney)that is still as compansionate and understanding and willing to fight for what is right even when the money isn't there. I would recommend Miriam in a heart beat to anyone.

My family and I have been working with Ms. Rittmaster for 5 years now. Miriam is wonderful. She is always willing to take time and explain information, so that she is sure I understand. She has always returned my emails and phone calls. I appreciate Miriam Rittmaster and all of her hard work very much. She has put effort, hard work, passion, and heart into our case. I cannot express how much Miriam Rittmaster has done for my family and me. She has went above and beyond and I am thankful for her.

she has been very helpful to my faimly and i. she always returns my e-mails and phone the very same day. i would tell others about her. she is very down to earth and very understanding about everything. you can call her anytime if you have a problem or dont understand anything and i like thaqt about her.

I was very displeased with the service I received from Miriam. Originally we had agreed upon a 750 dollar retainer fee, and a 100 dollar and hour fee for services. Miriam put in about two and a half hours of work before my case was concluded. The total charges, according to our original agreement should have been around 250 dollars... give or take about 100 for travel time and preparation. After all was said and done I spoke with her about returning the rest of my retainer fee, as she had not worked 7 hours and the time in which I had prepaid was not all used. At this point Miriam changed her story saying that she charged a flat 750 dollar fee for all misdemeanor cases and that I had no refund coming to me. I am currently considering legal action against her, and consulting other attorneys as well as the BAR association.

Lacking work-ethic, not detail oriented (many errors in emails, documents, invoices, etc.), unresponsive, and overall not one that would be recommended.
