Carol is both incompetent and unresponsive. I used her for a simple will and that was handled satisfactory. However, when I used her years later in a divorce action that was a whole other story. She procrastinated until the last minute and then threw something together. My spouse got everything that she wanted. Maybe she should stick to wills which seems to be her only strength and leave more complex issues to others. Avoid her.

Carol worked for me on a couple cases. One involving my ex taking my son out of state to live without my permission. Another involving a domestic violence issue. On both cases she did a terrific job. I couldn't have asked for better councel. It was a little tough at times to get her on the phone, but thats pretty typical of all lawyers. That said I always did get a response soon enough. Personally I would recommend her. She's personable, funny and down to earth, but most of all she knows the law. (Len Siciliano)

Carol helped my ex more then she helped me. Carol doesn't return Phone calls ever, she also uses as a foul mouth when confronted. Please use another lawyer.

Dragged this case on forever. She doesn't return phone calls. The one brief that was written was totally inaccurate. Ex's lawyer was trying to settle the case and she wouldn't return his phone calls either. After a having her blow through the retainer, had to get another attorney and start over again. This was a simple case that got nowhere after almost a year. Stay away!

RUN FORREST RUN, After 4 1/2 months she didn't do anything to help getting an court order to see my kids, Never returns phone calls, I was paying everything for my ex and was told by this firm to "just bit the bullit", Seems like she was working for my Ex instead of me, I called to say I was stopping at her office, Secetary said she'd be there til 5, Got there at 4:30 office was dark and door was locked, Waited in the parking lot and sure enough at 5 her assistant comes out of the office, Went with another attorney after that, Now it seems like my Ex's lawyer has alot of info that was given to Carol, Oh by the way, The new attorney had a court date in less that 2 months

Incompetent, unresponsive, unethical, foul-mouthed, sloppy, office reeks of dogs and dirt, there are no words bad enough to describe this woman. She is a disgrace to the legal profession so I would not even consider her a lawyer except for the fees she charges. Its amazing how tenacious she is in defending herself (but won't defend her clients) and she's is stunningly efficient about invoicing (great acts of fiction). AVOID THIS PLAGUE- unless of course you want to have some fun suing her later. We'll let you know how the State Bar responds.

My experience was a very bad one. I could not get her to ever return a phone call. In my opinion, she was very negligent and I would never use her again.

One of the worst lawyers in the world! She costs me over $20,000 in my divorce proceedings. Brings ineptness and incompetence to a new level. Avoid her at all costs. -Kevin Johnson
