Mark is not only very professional, but he is also the most personal attorney I've worked with. He knows his business and saved me from being ruined by a vindictive ex wife. I met him and within an hour he knew my ex's move was coming soon and warned me to act quickly. We met the next day and filed the paperwork 2 hours before she did; which would have landed me homeless and broke according to her temp orderrs. Mark is not the guy to tell you what you want to hear, but he knows the law and gives it to you point blank. Then he shares his strategy with you. There were no surprises with Mark and he is very proactive. I can honestly say he is woth every dollar. He is compassionate and fair with his pricing and worked with me on payments. Mark also has a great deal of respect from the judges and other attornies in this area which goes a long way in your favor. Nobody likes to write checks to an attorney, but Mark is so fair I really didn't mind. We continue to be friends after my ordeal.
