This guy will say he is representing you, but is really on the side of the local cities in this area. He represented me in an eminent domain case, but refused to "go on a witch hunt" as he put it, to go after the city so I could get my rightful value for my property. A friend of mine also used him in the Kansas Speedway project buyout, and said the Kansas City Ks authorities gave him a bonus to get his clients to settle quickly. She fired him, as I did, and got another more ethical attorney. DO nOt use him!! He wants to stay "friends" with the city officials, but still represent you as well.
