Mr. Grodner, as an officer of the court, playing fast and loose with the law to suit his own political viewpoint; would lead me to believe he is not a member of the legal profession I could trust with my case.

Mr. Grodner is the kind of attorney who gives the rest of us bad names: marginally qualified, inept, unethical, and cowardly. He knows the law well enough to hide behind it when his arse is on the line, but not well enough to use it properly when aggrieved (destruction of personal property is NOT the proper reaction to an observed traffic violation!). Then, to falsely play the anti-Semite card! This buffoon might be capable of representing Al Sharpton or some other like-minded, race-baiting idiot, but I surely would not want him on my side of the bar in antitrust!

Why the ARDC has not suspended Jay Grodner is a testament to the level of selective prosecution practiced by the Illinois Supreme Court. Grodner has demonstrated over and over again his unfittness for the practice of law or any other licensed profession. His latest act of keying the car of a U.S. Marine because he knew his victim was a member of the armed forces demonstrates that he should have his citizen shipped yanked and be sent back to the Ukraine.
