I am so happy I hired Joe. I got custody of my kids, I got the house and I got child support and alimony. I couldnt be happier. Joe was awesome and easy to deal with. He really knows the law and what to do.

Deeply regretful that I ever listened to this man. I was drawn in by his assistant who may have been an ethical attorney, but Joe assterted right of practice.. His advice was to benefit himself and his firm at the expense of my children's well being. Bad advice, bad performance, bad value

Joe is a very honest and insightful lawyer. I went to mediation to reach an agreement with my husband. I just wanted to get it over. I signed an agreement where we each got our own retirement account. My husband's retirement was $750,000 and much larger than mine. My sister in law is a real estate paralegal and told me divorce agreements were modifiable. I figured I could go modify it later. When I met Joe, he said that since the divorce was signed and approved by the court that I could not modify it. He said asset divisions are permanent unless there was some time of fraud. Boy did I learn a lesson, DO NOT LISTEN TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOR ADVICE, even if they are a paralegal. That was an expensive lesson. I did not end up hiring Joe, but I did appreciate his honesty and compassion on this issue.

Joe was great. My ex girlfriend filed a domestic violence petition and got a restraining order against me. She claimed sexual assault. Joe proved it was a lie at trial and got the restraining order dismissed. I've got time with my daughter back. It was unbelievable.

Joe is a rock star. My ex wife tried to move 4 children out of state when we had shared physical custody. Joe blocked the move and I have my children back. It wouldn't have happened without him.

I hired Joe Annutto to represent me for my divorce. Joe got made several clerical errors and had the facts incorrect. He was an embarrassment in court. Wouldn't recommend him even if he was the last attorney, Alice.

Don't believe the one poor rating, they were likely on the other side,the losing side. I just had a case with Joe. He won all 6 issues. If we list I stood to have a childsupport arrears of 100,000. Joe won. My arrears is zero. I also happy

I started my divorce myself, I didn't really know what I was doing. My wife surprised me and brought a lawyer to the temporary hearing. I got screwed at the temporary hearing. I found Joe and he got me back on track. Joe got me a good deal by the end. But, I wish that I brought Joe to the temporary hearing and got off on the right foot.

I was very impressed with Joe. He was an effective mediator for my divorce. I didn't think my ex and I would agree on anything, but Joe got it done.

When I first met with Joe my wife had 3 criminal charges on me for assault and she got a restraining order and filed for divorce. I couldn't see my kids. I have 5. Joe got the criminal charge to mutual combat and showed how my wife started it. He got the restraining order dropped and now I have 50- 50 time with my kids. I ended up in a lot different place than I started.

I was charged with 3 counts of simple assault, criminal mischief, violation of a protective order, and had 2 domestic violence restraining orders in process. Joe got the 2 restraining orders dismissed and most of the charges dismissed. No fine and no jail time. He works miracles !!!

I needed legal advise concerning a bankruptcy matter with a life estate. He and his colleagues suggested 3 strategies that needed to be investigated on my part as options along with accurate information concerning my case. When it came down to how it would be handled Joe gave me the honest advice that he could not offer any value other than holding my hand through the process. Not many lawyers would do that. I did not retain his law firm but I would highly recommend Joe and his firm. They were highly professional, honest, and understanding!

I used Joe to mediate my divorce. He was sympathetic to my situation and family. He was impartial and helped us reach an agreement in what I thought was an impossible situation. Now I'm divorced, got a fair deal, and it did not cost an arm and leg.

I had over $50,000 in credit card balances. Joe filed a bankruptcy for me and wiped it all out. Right after the bankruptvy, i got a new car loan and another credit card right away. I would not have believed it if it didn't happen for me. Filing a bankruptcy was so scary to me. Joe made me comfortable. I didn't know how easy it was to do.

Joe is the best lawyer. I was charged with possession of pot with intent to distribute in a school zone. I was facing some serious jail time. Joe got the charges dismissed!!!!

Joe is the best divorce lawyer in the State. He knows what to do and he does it. I was going to try to do the divorce on my own to save money. I am so thankful I hired Joe. It was so worth it. I got everything I asked for. I have told all my friends about Joe.

Simply the best. Very caring. Cared about me and my situation. But, don't let that fool you. He was a tiger in Court. He went right after the other lawyer and the Judge. Just never gave up. I am so happy with how things turned out. It wouldn't have happened without Joe and Tara. Thank You !!!

Not as expensive as what other lawyers quoted me. I was happy with the results. I'll always use Joe in the future. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
