during COVID. I had never been injured on the job before and was glad that I contacted them. I am 100% certain that my employer would not have done the right thing without Stanley overseeing my case. These cases are long and tedious but the team at Stanley were committed and tenacious in following my case. They returned every call, traced missing and lost checks from the insurance company, and finally resolved the case to my complete satisfaction. The Stanley law office staff told me they would take my case to get disability as I have been out of work and I lost the use of my dominant hand. After 2 weeks they said it would be to hard for them to get me disability but I should get another lawyer and let them do the work. His office is all about the money and not about helping people like me. I would everyone DO NOT CALL THEM THE ARE NOT OUT TO HELP PEOPLE, ITS ALL ABOUT MAKING AS MUCH MONEY OFF YOU AS POSSIBLE. They are ****ing ****s!!!!

Joe fights for every penny. Whereas other law firms will settle for less, Joe will fight for everything. Regardless of the amount your case is worth, whether it's worth $5,000.00 or $1,000,000.00 he is a straight shooter - and will fight for what you deserve. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

He said he would help with a back injury at work. He never even met with me someone from his staff did. The office help told me lies he was not in the office said then I saw him leave. He slammed the door like a baby because he was mad about something. He Ignores his clients and is rude. Stay away and call someone else with a clue and better compassion. He only wants big ticket cases that make a lot of money. His staff are afraid of him and run around worried that they might upset him if they tell him something bad. Very unprofessional!

Excellent Attorney and his staff is great. Got me all of the money I deserved for my documented injuries and then some. I have read some of these reviews and you people can barely spell, let alone tell an attorney how to do his/her job.

I fell down stairs at the apartment building I was living at. Numerous requests to salt the outside stairs for ice,was ignored by the landlord. I hired Joe stanley,and they did absolutely nothing...No attorney was involved,I always spoke with a paralegal...Wayne Shrek. I requested to speak with a attorney,several occasions,and never did. they even had the audacity,to call me on a Friday,to tell me I had to go to court that monday. A severe snow storm happened that weekend,and I tried to shovel out,which I could not. I called their office to see if they could reschedule,and Joe Stanley,paralegal..wayne shrek,"said if I did not show up for the court date. the judge would dismiss my case!! For 5 years,I have requested a summary of their bill and charges..and no respone,no return calls!! Stay away from Joe Stanley ?joseph Stanley law offices. You will not get your rights as a injured person,properly represented. I think personally,they were bought off by the Insurance carrier Travelers in

Very demeaning and condescending man. Disregards that you have to say, refuses to meet with you and won't return phone calls. I was rear ended by tractor trailer in 2005 and permanently disabled. Trial date scheduled for January, 2012? He continually denied my injury claims. I only recently learned through my personal investigation he never requested all my medical records. When confronted, he informed me he was withdrawing from the case (after having my case for six years.) Run! Stay away from this man and his firm or you, like me, with be further damaged. KQ
